S	Sof Ii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ROMA 27.04.2022 Nous venons de rapporter un véhicule loué chez Surprice/Autoone à Fiumicino. Il nous a été facturé 248 euros pour 4 éraflures très fines sur le capot. Ces rayures s'atténuent amplement avec de l'eau. Or l'employée nous a facturé 248 euros, somme exorbitante pour des éraflures aussi dérisoires. Plusieurs employés concurrents ont été choqués par la facturation exorbitante de ces "dommages". A noter que lorsque nous avons retiré le véhicule il y a 3 jours, celui ci était sale, ces petites eraflures sont donc passées inaperçues à nos yeux Chose étonnante : l employée s'est dirigée d'emblée sur les éraflures. Cette personne a refusé de me donner la photo qui est la preuve des dommages. Cette pratique est très malhonnête car la somme est démesurée au vu des dommages qui sont difficilement constatables même en plein soleil. Je vous conseille fortement de vous méfier et de ne pas louer auprès de ce loueur ROMA 27.04.2022 We have just returned a vehicle rented from Surprice/Autoone in Fiumicino. We were charged 248 euros for 4 very fine scratches on the bonnet. These scratches fade easily with water. But the employee charged us 248 euros, an exorbitant sum for such derisory scratches. Several competing employees were shocked by the exorbitant billing of these "damages". Note that when we removed the vehicle 3 days ago, it was dirty, these small scratches therefore went unnoticed by us. Surprisingly, the employee immediately went to the scratches. This person refused to give me the photo which is proof of the damage. This practice is very dishonest because the sum is disproportionate in view of the damage which is difficult to detect even in direct sunlight. I strongly advise you to beware and not to rent from this rental company

Oltre alla disponibilità del personale addetto sono stati molto carini con me perché non avendone mai guidata una con cambio automatico mi hanno anche fatto fare una guida di prova nel loro grande parcheggio! Tornerò sicuramente da loro per il mio prossimo noleggio I rented a car a beautiful 500 Automatica. R	Rubén Ferrer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst experience as a customer in my entire life. I was insulted by a woman who worked at the office (someone with short hair and a tattoo on the arm). She shouted aggressively at me with threatening attitude, arguing that I am interrupting their work just because I wanted to clarify the conditions of my contract with my private insurance before signing a blank paper (they found a small scratch on the car). I am still under shock. I acted calmly and with respect all the time (even if not!), and I just asked about the conditions and my rights. She made fun of me and my bad Italian (which is actually better than her English) and lost her nerves continuously with comments like: - COVID-19 has damaged my brain. - I am dumm like every man. - I am a young kid and should go back to school. She broke a paper which I had signed because she was not happy with the content I wrote. I was not allowed to make a call with my company with threats and coaction. I felt completely mistreated and forced to sign a paper I did not agree with. If I did not have to catch a flight, I would have spent more time there to complain to her boss, to my insurance company or even to the police. I really felt abused by this very unprofessional behavior. I hope she just had a bad day, but I am afraid that this is a standard practice of this low cost rent-a-car company.
