★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and professional staff. Prices are good and if needed the reservation is easy to modify online. Deposit is refunded instantaneously. Bus at airport is easy to identify due to the yellow colour. Currently my first choice of car rental when in Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond expectation. Fast and polite service, nice car, fast shuttle from airport. Most importantly they don't try to scam you if you scratch the car slightly. Booked small car but got SUV. Very happy overall. Only downside is that office doesn't work 24/7 so cannot return car if your flight is outside of working hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service, everything on time and very professional, very good prices but maybe because it is extra season. Beautiful new cars. I did not take any insurance but it will be recommended because of the chaotic traffic in Rome and also for your safety. If you book online is much cheaper than on site but that is normal. If I will be in Rome than I will consider renting from them again. Shuttle bus is free waiting at Terminal 3 door 1. The parking place is 5 minutes far, so it is perfect. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rental office is easy to reach from Fiumcino Airport. There is a free direct shuttle bus available from the airport to the rental office (also vice versa). The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Leonardo, who was taking care of our car rental. The car was clean and had a high standard (relatively new car). Picking up the car took a bit longer because there were many other customers. However giving back the car was quick and easy. We can recommend this rental office ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place. Very very nice staff and very competitive prices compared to bigger companies. Buy the all-in formula with total protection for not having any trouble. No scam. Please note that this place IS NOT in the Fiumicino airport hub, but 3km away. There is a shuttle service that connect the meeting point (terminal 3) to their agency. I rented a reallly nice car for a very competitive price!
