★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fidata delle buone recensioni e qualche giorno fa ho prenotato telefonicamente un'auto per la seconda metà di questo agosto. Mi hanno chiesto con fretta l'acconto attraverso una ricarica postepay dicendomi che in caso di disdetta avrei avuto indietro la metà della somma. Ho provveduto il giorno stesso, ma non ho avuto ricevuta dell'acconto né bozza del contratto; 48 ore dopo ( e ad una settimana dalla data in cui avrei dovuto prendere l'auto) ho dovuto purtroppo disdire la prenotazione e la gentilezza iniziale improvvisamente si è dissolta! Mi hanno detto che non è un problema loro e che non possono ridarmi indietro l'acconto perché hanno già inserito il contratto (che ripeto io non ho mai né visto né firmato).
Sicuramente io sono stata a dir poco ingenua, ma loro disonesti e per niente professionali. State attenti!
I trusted the good reviews and a few days ago I booked a car by phone for the second half of this August. They quickly asked me for the deposit through a postepay recharge, telling me that in case of cancellation I would have half the sum back. I proceeded on the same day, but I did not receive the down payment or a draft of the contract; 48 hours later (and one week from the date I should have taken the car) I unfortunately had to cancel the booking and the initial kindness suddenly dissolved! They told me that it is not their problem and that they cannot give me the deposit back because they have already entered the contract (which I repeat, I have never seen or signed).
Surely I was naive to say the least, but they dishonest and not at all professional. Be careful!

Orazio e sua moglie ci sono venuti a prendere la domenica mattina in aeroporto, portandoci direttamente l'auto senza farvi aspettare, anzi sono loro che hanno dovuto attendere noi che eravamo.in ritardo causa volo. Abbiamo noleggiato da loro l'auto per due settimane ad agosto, ed è stato tutto perfetto...non abbiamo perso tempo neppure a ferragosto, quando avevamo up volo la mattina presto!!! ve lo consiglio vivamente
I mr. Orazio and his wife came to pick us up on Sunday morning at the airport, bringing us the car directly without making you wait, rather they were the ones who had to wait for us who were delayed due to flight. We rented the car from them for two weeks in August, and everything was perfect ... we didn't waste time even in mid-August, when we had an early flight up !!! I highly recommend it

Macchina nuovissima dai consumi veramente inesistenti,servizio eccellente..ritirata e lasciata in aeroporto senza alcun tipo di problema. Staff super gentile e soprattutto ONESTO che al giorno d'oggi non è da tutti.
Il signor Orazio,il top! Veramente delle brave persone! Un punto di riferimento per Catania. Consigliatissimo
