A dispetto delle prime comunicazioni telefoniche, e dal sito in cui promettono macchine nuove e una buona assistenza clienti, ci siamo trovate con: -ritardo di più di 2 ore rispetto all'orario pattuito nel ritiro della vettura - in periodo di pieno covid, macchina non sanificata (auto consegnata non appena le clienti precedenti sono arrivate, sporca, piena di rifiuti e peli di cane) - macchina quasi in riserva (nonostante nel contratto fosse scritto che la macchina avrebbe avuto il pieno di carburante) - contratto inviato giorni prima via mail, alla consegna non era stato stampato e firmato, con la pretesa che venisse ritenuto valido, necessaria la nostra insistenza per averlo almeno firmato da parte dei proprietari - auto vecchia, e poco potente, nonostante fosse stato specificato il tragitto lungo da affrontare nei giorni successivi - contattati dai proprietari nel giorno della consegna del veicolo, per stabilire l'orario con la pretesa che fosse restituita entro le 2 ore successive, nonostante avessimo fatto presente di essere fuori città, siamo state riempite di messaggi e chiamate per sollecitare il rientro. Nulla da aggiungere se non esperienza da incubo Bad If we could give less than one star we would! In spite of the first telephone calls, and from the site where they promise new machines and good customer support, we found ourselves with: - delay of more than 2 hours with respect to the agreed time in the collection of the car - in period of full covid, car not sanitized (car delivered as soon as previous customers arrived, dirty, full of waste and dog hair) - car almost in reserve (although in the contract it was written that the car would have a full tank of fuel) - contract sent days before by e-mail, on delivery it had not been printed and signed, with the pretense that it was considered valid, our insistence is necessary to have at least signed it by the owners - old car, and not very powerful, despite the fact that the long distance to be covered in the following days had been specified - contacted by the owners on the day of delivery of the vehicle, to establish the time with the expectation that it was returned within the next 2 hours, although we had indicated that we were out of town, we were filled with messages and calls to request the return. Nothing to add but a nightmare experience
