★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most corrupt car rental ever. Don’t trust them, the only option for them was to let me pay another time for another car. It is a big scam. I’ve lost a lot of money because of them.
It is not fair when it is possible to let me pay the card with my creditcard and then not accept the card for the deposit. The terms and conditions are revealed when i already made my booking, so there is nothing that i can do. So you say i should be thankful to you for letting me and my family in the shop for getting the car that i paid for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to rent a car. The staff is very helpul and give all the details necessaries. They answered all our question with details as we were scared to not understand everything from the contract. The woman from the staff speaks english and made it very easy for us. We were able to rent a car at last minute after searching in different agencies. Everything was good with the car and even to give it back it was easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience overall! Communication with the agent was done easily, in English. We took a 7 seater, the car was ok, it was kind of an older car not very pretty but for Italy where all the cars seem to take part in some crash challenge every once in a while, the car was ok and more importantly it did its job. A/C running fine. No hidden costs or invented damages.
On the second day, we had a small light indicator in the dashboard, showing that the car is low on oil. Luckily we were just a couple of minutes away from the rental office, dropped by and they immediately threw a bottle of oil in the engine. If you're not lucky enough to have your accommodation 5 minutes away and the car has seen better days, make sure they check the oil prior to your departure, to spare some time visiting them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simona and team really took care of us, many thanks! We made our booking via a rental car website that already included insurance and had no trouble whatsoever. Just keep in mind that Sicilian streets are narrow and often uphill, and the drivers... quite crazy!
Our learning: you won’t see the true amount of gas until you turn on the engine.
