Heureusement nous avions pris de nombreuses vidéos précises lors de l'état des lieux. Ils ont essayé de nous responsabiliser sur 2 rayures qui existaient déjà. Faire très attention car ils vous font signer une clause vous engageant à remboursé jusqu'à 1500 euros en cas de dommage et vous devez rembourser un prix non fixé en cas de vol de la voiture. Ils nous ont quand même imposé 20 € supplémentaire pour l'état de saleté intérieur de la voiture qui était clairement le même que lors de l'état des lieux à la réservations. Nous avions récupéré la jeep renegade avec le réservoir vide et nous l'avons rendu avec 20 € d'essence mais cela ne leur a pas empêche de nous demander ces 20 € supp pour le ménage. Nous étions pressé par le départ de notre avion donc nous avons cédé malgré nos vidéos à l'appui. L'equipe ne parle ni anglais ni français. Équipe agressive lors du retour de la voiture. Possono dire che non risulto tra i loro clienti come hanno fatto con le altre recensioni, ma ho ben di meglio da fare che inventarmi recensioni. Partendo dal principio, il prezzo iniziale mi è stati aumentato a pochi giorni dalla mia partenza, ma è solo l’inizio. La macchina era messa male, molto male. Le gomme erano arrivate alla tela, il gommista mi ha dato del pazzo a girare così, mettendo a repentaglio la mia sicurezza. Morale ho perso mezza giornata della mia vacanza per cambiare le gomme. L’ultimo giorno ci si é rotto una parte del cambio, li ho chiamati e mi hanno detto che la macchina, loro, me l’avevano data intatta e funzionante. Se mi dovessi basare sulle gomme non direi. Quindi sarei stato io a dover gestire la situazione a mie spese, chiamando carro attrezzi e meccanico, il weekend di ferragosto. Tra l’altro con fare anche arrogante. Dal meccanico ho scoperto che la parte rotta era già stata riparata con mastice, silicone e fascette di plastica. Mi sembra di sognare. Stare alla larga. Prenoto l’auto, previa loro conferma sulla disponibilità, per i giorni della mia vacanza. Faccio il pagamento e mi scrivono su whatsapp che, arrivando la domenica, avrei trovato il loro ufficio chiuso quindi non avrebbero potuto consegnarmi l’auto. Questo dopo aver pagato e una settimana prima del mio arrivo in Sicilia. Sconsiglio vivamente, affidatevi ad altri, ce ne sono centinaia!
