★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HO NOLEGGIATO UN AUTO PER 15 GIORNI,hanno tenuto una caparra per il noleggio per 150 giorni circa,quasi il doppio di quanto segnalavano sul loro contratto..Alla fine hanno restituito la somma(obbligati) tenendosi €25 euro di spese(quando il contratto ne prevedeva €10)..Ovviamente ho tutte le prove....

I HAVE RENT A CAR FOR 15 DAYS, THEY held a deposit for the rental for 150 days approximately, almost double what they reported on their contract .. In the end they returned the sum (obliged) holding € 25 of expenses (when the contract provided for € 10) .. Obviously I have all the evidence ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fatto una diagnosi errata ed aver sostituito un pezzo dal costo di €130 che incassano immediatamente l'auto va peggio di prima e loro non sanno il perché. Mi dicono di lasciare l'auto da loro a tempo indeterminato per capire le ragioni del problema ma senza restituire il costo del pezzo sostituito inutilmente.....peccato che loro sono la Fiat. Ovviamente non ci metterò più piede.
After making a misdiagnosis and replacing a € 130 part they collect immediately the car is worse than before and they don't know why. They tell me to leave the car with them indefinitely to understand the reasons for the problem but without returning the cost of the part replaced unnecessarily ..... pity that they are Fiat. Obviously I will not set foot there again.

I found myself in difficulty due to a mishap with another car rental but they gave me a higher category car at a slightly higher price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just dont do it, they charge your credit card for no reason after you come back home. Then no conntact possible. Many people had the same problems. Save yourself the hussle and avoid !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ please dont even think this would be a good idea, the most horrendous car hire ever, supplied us with a dangerous car, then 4 months later, someone from the company used our credit card details to hire a car over xmas, dismal and dishonest company, BEWARE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I'd not give any star at all. Their support is a disaster. I was charged with 50eur fee on my credit card 2 months after car rental. Then it took me another 2 months to get any information from their support, which still wasn't sufficient because they said it was administration fee charge for a fine. A fine that we never received or heard of. They didn't bother to inform us about it. I'm supposed to trust that I actually received that fine.
