Mi corre obbligo evidenziare l'atteggiamento davvero lodevole della gentilissima impiegata che, nonostante diversi intoppi durante la procedura, dovuti unicamente ad un problema comportamentale di una delle parti terze, ha saputo risolvere con estrema professionalità, tutto l'iter. I participated in a succession and contextual sale of a car. I am obliged to highlight the truly commendable attitude of the very kind employee who, despite several hitches during the procedure, due solely to a behavioral problem of one of the third parties, was able to solve the whole process with extreme professionalism.

Mi sono recato ieri in questa delegazione per il pagamento di un bollo che posso pagare solo all'aci. La scoperta è stata che non li stanno facendo, e alla mia domanda sulla motivazione la risposta è stata perché lavorano su appuntamento e non sarebbe possibile gestire la fila per pagare il bollo. Ma stiamo scherzando? Un'aci che si rifiuta di fare i bolli, anzi, l'impiegata mi ha pure suggerito di pagarlo dal tabaccaio a fianco. Sono andato poi alla delegazione di Ortles che in meno di un minuto ha riscosso e risolto il problema. Che dire, pessima esperienza non tornerò mai più.
