worst pizzeria in Milan! rude! awful food! and awful service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and me went to try original Italian pizza and we were not disappointed. We did not have a reservation and came near peak working hour but it only took 5min of us to be seated. The pizza was delicious and very simple. The atmosphere was very pleasant but it is a bit noisy but as backpacker through Italy we actually enjoyed the home atmosphere.
Only issue was service as I would recommend the waiters to be a bit more considerate and polite, and possibly offer a waiter who understands and talks English right away rather than trying to get our order for a longer period of time.
I knew how to say "We do not know Italian, can we please get a menu in English" but it took a while for the original waiter to get the idea of calling a fellow colleague that knew English.
Overall a great experience, great place and great food however the service needs to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice chain with good Italian food. The pizza is very nice. During the last visit, we had a starter and a pasta, which was very good. The house wine is average. A good choice if we are to good variety of dishes, at a reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this restaurant as an alternative to fully booked restaurants. Service was satisfactory at best, we waited 20 minutes for our table which was reserved. We had pasta - of the three of us, one dish arrived wrong. The pasta itself was over cooked, served with stale bread, in a bland and unseasoned sauce. The only benefit was the pleasant setting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered pizza, pasta and a bowl of chips. All were good, we weren't disappointed.
Prices were reasonable.
A very busy restaurant, therefore noise levels were high.
Overall, a pleasant dining experience, however we probably won't dine there again.
We will try to seek a restaurant that leaves us with a 'wow that was awesome!' dining experience.

As always Italian pizza ? tastes good. You can even customize pizza
Drinks, desserts and coffee are at decent price.
Service need to be improved during busy hours not to forget the customers?. I was waiting 20 minutes after I finished pizza for dessert
