I called to ask for information and the response was "ready" without even a presentation. They dismissed me quickly without even giving me help. A star is a gift.

Hanno aperto in ritardo e il secondo dipendente è arrivato più di mezz'ora dopo l'orario previsto causando ritardi per la decina di persone che stavano aspettando da un pezzo. Io ho aspettato un ora per fare un passaggio di proprietà di un motorino cinquantino e non sono nemmeno riusciti a farmelo!! Dovrò tornare a ritirare i documenti con palesi disagi ( visto che abito a Monza ) . Mai più !!
Bad experience !!! They opened late and the second employee arrived more than half an hour after the scheduled time causing delays for the dozen people who had been waiting for a while. I waited an hour to make a change of ownership of a fifty scooter and they didn't even manage to do it !! I will have to go back to collect the documents with obvious inconvenience (since I live in Monza). Never again !!

al momento di pagare il conto aumenta del 50% rispetto a quanto pattuito, chiedo spiegazioni alla signora che si comporta in modo reticente ed evita di fornire delle risposte sensate (mi hanno detto così, sorrisini di circostanza ecc...). Se proprio dovete andarci fatevi fare prima un preventivo SCRITTO e firmato!
Quale è la parola in italiano che indica le quelle persone che prima dicono una cosa e poi cambiano le carte in tavola raggirandoti?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perché zero non è possibile. Davvero una pessima agenzia, la peggiore del territorio.
3 anni fa ho preso una macchina da un privato e abbiamo fatto il passaggio di proprietà da loro, quando mai!
La pratica non è mai stata portata a compimento se non dopo una visita fisica questo giugno, in quanto le richieste telefoniche e tramite email vengono liquidate e ignorate, ho perso gli ecoincentivi a causa del fatto che non ho potuto rottamare la macchina in tempo risultando il telaio a me e il resto al vecchio proprietario.
Dopo aver sollecitato l'operatrice a completare la pratica per la quale i soldi se li sono presi, sono stata anche perculata con un "visto era così facile" come se la mia incazzatura fosse immotivata e stampandomi il PRA come se fosse un favore.
Se avessi fatto un incedente l'assicurazione non avrebbe coperto i danni perché la macchina non era interamente mia, non posso detrarre o richiedere il rimborso del bollo e ho rischiato non pochi casini a causa della loro incompetenza. Roba da denuncia.

3 years ago I took a car from a private individual and we made the change of ownership from them, when ever!
The practice was never completed until after a physical visit this June, as telephone and email requests are cleared and ignored, I lost the eco-incentives due to the fact that I could not scrap the car in time resulting in the loom to me and the rest to the old owner.
After soliciting the operator to complete the paperwork for which they took the money, I was also beaten with a "visa was so easy" as if my anger was unmotivated and printing the PRA as if it were a favor.
If I had made an accident, the insurance would not have covered the damage because the car was not entirely mine, I cannot deduct or request a refund of the road tax and I risked a lot of trouble due to their incompetence. Complaint stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale che non definirei particolarmente gentile, accettano senza prenotazione, non c'è parcheggio, non posso ancora valutare il servizio in quanto mi hanno detto che la pratica si chiuderà fra qualche giorno.
Personnel that I would not define particularly kind, they accept without reservation, there is no parking, I cannot yet evaluate the service as they told me that the practice will close in a few days.
