Un comportamento a dir poco vergognoso da parte della titolare, la quale mi ha aggredita verbalmente dopo che ho dato delle spiegazioni in merito ad un bollo che non ero tenuta a pagare.
Mi sorprende che esista ancora cotanta ignoranza e maleducazione.

Ho contattato telefonicamente e via email quest'agenzia, a cui mi ero rivolto in passato per altre pratiche, per gestire la pratica di immatricolazione di un'auto dall'estero per trasferimento. Dopo alcune settimane senza risposta, a seguito di un mio sollecito, mi hanno chiesto di inviare da un indirizzo diverso da quello con cui avevo interagito di visionare i documenti, che ho trasmesso in copia serenamente confidando nella professionalità e non ho ricevuto risposte per altre due settimane. Dopo un nuovo sollecito non ho più avuto alcun tipo di riscontro. Ritengo che la professionalità sia anche la capacità di ammettere di non essere esperti in determinati ambiti, ma quanto meno una risposta per educazione è sempre dovuta. Per fortuna ho trovato un'agenzia competente in pratiche di immatricolazioni dall'estero e in meno di un mese ho avuto targa e libretto italiano.
Fiducia Persa. Pessima Esperienza.

la mail con i documenti da visionare me l'avete chiesta voi al telefono per capire di cosa si trattasse. Ve l'ho inviata e dopo 3 solleciti non è stata vista? I documenti originali erano chiaramente in mio possesso (tuttavia per l'avvio della pratica si lavora in telematico).
L'agenzia che mi ha gestito il tutto dopo la prima telefonata in cui ho spiegato a voce mi ha solo dato un'appuntamento. Allora le possibilità sono due, o al telefono non avete ascoltato ciò che ho chiesto oppure la mia richiesta andava al di la della vostra competenza. Rimane il fatto che entrambi i comportamenti sono poco professionali.
Posso allegare tutte le mail che vi ho scritto. Ma ci sono casi in cui chiedere scusa anche per non aver letto una mail è segno di professionalità.

I contacted this agency by phone and email, to which I had contacted in the past for other practices, to manage the registration procedure of a car from abroad for transfer. After a few weeks without an answer, following a reminder from me, they asked me to send from an address other than the one with which I had interacted to view the documents, which I sent in copy serenely trusting in the professionalism and I have not received answers for two others weeks. After a new reminder, I no longer received any kind of response. I believe that professionalism is also the ability to admit that we are not experts in certain areas, but at least a polite response is always required. Fortunately, I found an agency competent in foreign registration procedures and in less than a month I had an Italian license plate and registration document.
Lost Trust. Bad Experience.

the email with the documents to be viewed you asked me on the phone to understand what it was. I sent it to you and after 3 reminders it was not seen? The original documents were clearly in my possession (however, to start the practice we work electronically).
The agency that handled everything for me after the first phone call in which I explained verbally just gave me an appointment. Then there are two possibilities, either on the phone you did not listen to what I asked or my request was beyond your competence. The fact remains that both behaviors are unprofessional.
I can attach all the emails I wrote to you. But there are cases in which apologizing for not reading an email is a sign of professionalism.
