★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa elevati, dovrebbero aprire più sportelli quando c'è più afflusso. Pagare un bollo auto arrivando alle 17:30 è praticamente impossibile.
 Long waiting times, they should open more doors when there is more influx. Paying a car stamp for arriving at 17:30 is practically impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante la gentilezza del personale questa valutazione e' fin troppo generosa: pratica cambio targa spagnola/italiana durata quattro mesi (qualche giorno meno...) a fronte delle due settimane prospettatemi. Devo pagare il bollo (il primo) arrivo di sera e cosa dicono? Non accettiamo contanti, solo bancomat, solo di mattina e' possibile pagare per contanti. Dire allucinante e' poco....
Despite the kindness of the staff, this evaluation is all too generous: practice Spanish / Italian plate change lasting four months (a few days less ...) compared to the two weeks promised me. Do I have to pay the stamp (the first) arrival in the evening and what do they say? We do not accept cash, only debit cards, only in the morning it is possible to pay in cash. To say hallucinating is little ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza assolutamente disastrosa con una pratica per un documento dall'estero. Prezzo inizialmente comunicato non corretto, mi sono stati richiesti ulteriori dati dopo 14 gg dall'avvio della pratica quando doveva invece essere già tutto pronto. Altri 15 gg per avere finalmente in mano il pezzo di carta che come atto finale mi e' stato pure respinto dalla motorizzazione. Non ho altro da aggiungere......
Absolutely disastrous experience with a practice for a document from abroad. Price initially communicated incorrect, I was asked for further data after 14 days from the start of the case when everything had to be ready. Another 15 days to finally have the piece of paper in my hand that as a final act was also rejected by the motorization. I have nothing else to add......

Sig.na Roberta e Fabio ( quest'ultimo) titolare dell'agenzia inclusi , hanno sbrogliato magistralmente l'ingarbugliata pratica di immatricolazione della mia auto estera ,auto della quale non risultava negli archivii l'omologazione europea nonostante l'auto fosse stata per prima immatricolata in Germania. Il tutto in breve tempo ( 3 settimane circa ) considerando l'emergenza sanitaria corona virus e la burocrazia italiana , pratica portata a termine in tempi brevi. Da cliente, io, soddisfattissimo , agenzia che consiglio .

All in a short time (about 3 weeks) considering the crown virus health emergency and the Italian bureaucracy, a practice completed quickly. As a customer, I, a very satisfied agency, I recommend.
