Personale conducente ed operatori telefonici sempre disponibili e gentili; autobus sempre puliti e confortevoli. Se posso permettermi un suggerimento, considerate le richieste, sempre numerose, sarebbe ideale una applicazione ad hoc per la gestione delle prenotazioni (almeno io non ho notizie della sua esistenza). Per tutto il resto, continuate così! Excellent service, obviously essential for those who need to travel to and from the provinces of Benevento and Avellino. Driver and telephone operators always available and kind; buses always clean and comfortable. If I can afford a suggestion, considering the requests, always numerous, an ad hoc application for managing reservations would be ideal (at least I have no news of its existence). For everything else, keep it up!

Suggerisco solo di attivare un servizio GPS visibile online per poter sapere una volta giunti alla fermata se il proprio bus è in ritardo e di quanto. A volte capita di recarsi alla fermata con condizioni meteo avverse e non sapere se si ha il tempo di rifocillarsi in un bar o al contrario si rischia di perdere la corsa. Excellent service. I only suggest activating a GPS service visible online to be able to know once you arrive at the stop if your bus is late and by how much. Sometimes it happens to go to the stop in adverse weather conditions and not know if you have time to refresh yourself in a bar or on the contrary you risk losing the ride.

Il bus , oltre a rispettare i migliori standard di pulizia, risulta essere veramente confortevole ed inoltre ben fornito di tutto ciò che serve al passeggero durante un viaggio. Oltre ad essere arrivato puntuale alla mia destinazione (Roma), ho trovato il viaggio gradevole e leggero.
