Tra Avellino e Napoli si viaggia su pullman che cadono letteralmente a pezzi (vedi foto). Today yet another bus change on the highway because the one we were traveling on broke down. And under the snow. Between Avellino and Naples you travel on buses that literally fall apart (see photo).

I would have put 5 stars only for the subscription office located in Torrette di Mercogliano where I found friendly staff and maximum collaboration to help me quickly complete the subscription practice. Thanks again! ... for the rest unfortunately we ask EXCLUSIVE rides to and from the airport at peak times for commuters but AIR never answered!

Considerato che non abbiamo la ferrovia, i cittadini sono ostaggio di questa di questa azienda di trasporti per qualsiasi spostamento pubblico. Vergogna! Bad in everything, always. Rude and aggressive drivers, buses falling apart, apps not working ... and so on and so forth. Since we do not have the railway, the citizens are hostage to this of this transport company for any public movement. Shame!
A	Antonio Pizzano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandate in pensione chi non vuole lavorare ed ha una certa età.27 dicembre ore 16 devo prendere il pullman per Napoli e il signore nel gabbiotto non ha risposto a nessuna delle domande che ho fatto...nemmeno su come reperire il biglietto visto che per me e la prima volta che prendo il pullman an per Napoli dallo stadio e on più dove era prima..Scandaloso, arrogante e maleducato..Andrebbe licenziato. Fate presto a capire chi è perché era l'unico in turno nel gabbiotto alle ore 16 del 27 dicembre. La situazione covid è tornata alla normalità o quasi e questo disservizio manca da troppi mesi. Non avete idea di cosa state facendo passare a chi viaggia fuori regione. Un calvario. Un servizio che funzionava così bene l'avete tagliato senza un motivo. E non venitemi a dire che i passeggeri erano pochi che vi mangio, perché non c'era mai posto se non per quelli prenotati! When you decide to restore buses to and from Rome it will always be too late! The covid situation has returned to normal or almost and this disservice has been missing for too many months. G	Gabriele Spagnuolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il cambio di governance degli ultimi tempi fa ben sperare ed ha dato già buoni risultati, tuttavia una minoranza di dipendenti ancora non ha ben chiaro il concetto di azienda pubblica, risultando estremamente sgarbati ed offensivi nei confronti dell'utenza. A mio avviso manca tanta formazione ..ed un adeguato controllo. Pena l'immagine aziendale, che invece è da tutelare. Questa compagnia di trasporto non cura più nulla, i pullman diretti da Avellino a Napoli stanno cadendo a pezzi. Non c'è alcun servizio funzionante. Sporco in ogni parte, la tappezzeria è completamente rovinata. L'azienda dovrebbe averne più cura. Air transportation, very bad. Paying for such a service is absurd. This transport company no longer takes care of anything, the buses going from Avellino to Naples are falling apart. There is no working service. Dirty in every part, the upholstery is completely ruined. The company should take more care of it.
A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the tourists, you better organise your journey with trains or hired cars because I would never reccomended any one to use this awful, shameful and incredibly lazy company with his incompetent personell. They cancelled the last bus that I had to board during last holiday season with no reason at all and completely ruined my Xmas Eve. Stay away from them and spread the voice.
