H	Harmony 394 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno lasciato la macchina pulita in modo molto grossolano, addirittura nei sedili posteriori c'erano ancora delle macchie evidenti molto grosse (che ho poi dovuto togliere io successivamente passando uno strofinaccio...), i sedili posteriori riportavano ancora i peli del mio cane che non erano stati tolti del tutto (e posso capirlo, i peli sono difficili da togliere, ma almeno fatelo presente) e le fessure della macchina avevano polvere. È una macchina vecchia, lo capisco, ma così non è professionale, sarebbe bastato dirmi che era troppo vecchia per poter usufruire del servizio base e avrei pagato di più per averla pulita ma come si deve. Ringrazio del servizio e per aver dato una ripulita, non mi aspettavo certo di uscire con la macchina a nuovo ma nemmeno con macchie più che evidenti che potevano benissimo essere tolte e polvere. Tra l'altro nel bagagliaio avevo uno spruzzino per pulire e profumare la macchina messo dentro la borsa e so per certo fosse pieno, ora me lo sono ritrovato vuoto. Boh! Nota positiva è che sono stati veloci ma onestamente preferivo perdere mezzora in più e averla pulita che fare tutto di fretta in maniera sbrigativa. Sicuramente la macchina rispetto a prima è più pulita e vi ringrazio nuovamente, ma mi aspettavo un servizio diverso. Mi dispiace ma non tornerò più e complessivamente lo sconsiglio, mi dispiace perché la signora all'accettazione era molto cordiale e la posizione era davvero molto comoda per me che abito in zona. They left me the car in a very coarse way, even in the rear seats there were still some very large obvious stains (which I then had to remove after passing by using a tea towel ...), the rear seats still carried my dog's hair that had not been completely removed (and I can understand it, the hair is difficult to remove, but at least make it present) and the cracks in the car had dust. It is an old car, I understand it, but so it is not professional, it would have been enough to tell me that it was too old to be able to use the basic service and I would have paid more to have it cleaned but as it should be. I am grateful for the service and for cleaning up, I certainly did not expect to go out with the car again but not even with more than obvious stains that could very well have been removed and dust. Among other things, in the trunk I had a sprayer to clean and perfume the car put inside the bag and I know for sure it was full, now I found it empty. Boh! On a positive note, they were quick but honestly I preferred to lose half an hour more and have it cleaned than to hurry quickly. The machine is certainly cleaner than before and I thank you again, but I expected a different service. I am sorry but I will not go back and overall I do not recommend it, I am sorry because the lady at the reception was very friendly and the location was very convenient for me as I live in the area.

Il proprietario è venuto a rimproverarmi perché la macchina è troppo sporca! il primo autolavaggio dove vogliono le macchine già pulite... Già un altra volta avevo avuto problemi perché sulla carrozzeria c’era una macchia di grasso l’adetto alle pulizie sosteneva che era una macchina impossibile e quindi lui non voleva toglierla. Poi sempre il proprietario arriva a difendere il dipendete che non voleva mettere un po’ di sgrassatore perché a suo avviso era una perdita di tempo. Fatto sta che dopo 15 minuti di teatrino mi ascolto e puff con un estrema facilità la macchina si pulisce. Posto sconsigliato. PRESUMPTUOUS OWNERS AND I READ NOT TO BE THE ONLY ONE TO THINK IT! The fact is that after 15 minutes of the theater I listen to myself and puff with extreme ease the car cleans itself. Place not recommended.
M	Maurizio Papale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone gentili disponibili e molto brave a fare il loro lavoro, in particolare vorrei segnalare il signor Giovanni che mi ha lavato il motore del mio defender e la parte inferiore in maniera eccellente. Anche la proprietaria è una signora gentile e disponibile. Consiglierò questo lavaggio a parenti ed amici. Kind people available and very good at doing their job, in particular I would like to point out Mr. Giovanni who washed the engine of my defender and the lower part in an excellent way. The owner is also a kind and helpful lady. I will recommend this wash to family and friends.

Tempi di attesa a volte esagerati, causati dal fatto che alcuni dipendenti fumano, cantano e scherzano tra di loro, perdendo tempo. Il punto veramente negativo è la poca (se non inesistente) professionalità di un ragazzo che si permette di prendere in giro i clienti, me compreso. È successo una volta, nel mio caso, alla seconda inizierò a cercare altri autolavaggi. Punto positivo è la simpatia della signora in ufficio. Average car wash, sometimes the car is cleaned well, other times not. Sometimes exaggerated waiting times, caused by the fact that some employees smoke, sing and joke with each other, wasting time. The really negative point is the little (if not non-existent) professionalism of a guy who allows himself to make fun of customers, myself included. It happened once, in my case, the second time I'll start looking for other car washes. Positive point is the sympathy of the lady in the office.

Ma il lavoro è sempre professionale e ben fatto. Si può attendere la pulizia della auto seduti leggendo un giornale. They locked my car, then had the nerve to blame it on me for not having the spare key in my person. They gave me two options to break the glass... but I would have to pay for it, because again according to them it was my fault they look the car. Or they could try to open the car with a piece of metal. They proceeded to open the car by force which in return damage the door frame... now I have two damn holes in my brand new car. The owner did not even say I am sorry, and still charge me for the wash! Horrible service, and people. Do not recommended.
