Alla fine si sono inventati una scusa per non fare il lavoro, neanche in date future, perchè "troppo impegnati" Not serious. I had to call them 4 times to make an appointment even though they made a commitment to call back. Ciò che sintetizza la mia premessa è il risultato della recente (11.03 c.a.) prima esperienza conclusa con la suddetta azienda. Dopo essermi recata personalmente a fare la loro conoscenza e aver concordato con gli stessi un appuntamento per risolvere un problema verificatosi nella mia caldaia Vaillant ho ricevuto la puntuale visita nel giorno e nell’ora insieme stabiliti. Grazie alla loro competenza, alla loro organizzazione e alla loro preparazione, il problema è stato risolto senza creare “traumi” o disagio. Il team non esita a spiegare i perché di vizi e difetti del mancato o irregolare funzionamento della macchina da riparare e, infine, ma non perché meno importante, il compenso richiesto per la manutenzione è stato onesto. What summarizes my premise is the result of the recent (11.03 aC) first experience concluded with the aforementioned company. After going personally to make their acquaintance and have agreed with them an appointment to solve a problem that occurred in my boiler Vaillant I received a timely visit on the day and time set. Thanks to their expertise, their organization and their preparation, the problem has been solved without creating "trauma" or discomfort. Malgrado la difficoltà iniziale per individuare il guasto, hanno infine risolto il problema senza perdere ulteriore tempo. Good experience as a Savino service center. In un giorno mi hanno riparato la mia caldaia Vaillant che altri tecnici mi avevano detto sbrigativamente di sostituire facendomi risparmiare un sacco e fatto ripartire termosifoni inattivi già da qualche anno riuscendo a capire dove stava il problema. Mi ritengo davvero fortunata ad averli contattati. Veramente GRAZIE!! I absolutely recommend this company as I found seriousness, competence, professionalism and honesty, above all honesty ... In one day they repaired my Vaillant boiler that other technicians had told me hastily to replace, saving me a lot and restarting radiators that were already inactive. for some years now managing to understand where the problem lay. Sono sempre molto impegnati e capita che in determinati periodi dell'anno non possono assistere il cliente immediatamente: ma è normale. Quando i tecnici sono bravi li desiderano tutti. Sono specializzati Vaillant ed eseguono sia impianti di riscaldamento che condizionamento. Io sono molto soddisfatto,per questo attribuisco 5 stelle. Excellent company with specialized technicians. They are always very busy and it happens that at certain times of the year they cannot assist the customer immediately: but this is normal. When the technicians are good everyone wants them. They are Vaillant specialists and carry out both heating and air conditioning systems. I am very satisfied, for this I give 5 stars.
