Preferendo il lavaggio a mano e trovandomi a Catania -dato che la mia compagna è di qua-, avevo visto questo autolavaggio diverse volte. Gli ho scritto oggi a orario di pranzo per sapere tempistiche e prezzo, specificando il fattore del lavaggio a mano sia esterno che interno. Neanche un'ora dopo mi hanno risposto dando risposta a tutte le mie domande! Nel pomeriggio ho portato la macchina e, avendo degli impegni nelle vicinanze l'ho lasciata a loro. Sono tornata circa un'oretta dopo ed ho trovato tutto fatto in maniera impeccabile! Assolutamente consigliato e rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo!! Sicuramente, se mi troverò di nuovo qui e avrò bisogno di fare lavare la macchina, non avrò dubbi sul dove portarla!? La cintura e la sedia dovevano essere pulite bene perché eravamo andati al mare e il sale aveva lasciato il segno. Potete vedere nelle foto anche se non ho potuto di fare foto di tutte le macchie/sporcizie rimaste. Non conta che sono in 5 che lavano la macchina, devono farlo bene. 14 euro per un lavaggio che potete fare meglio voi! Do not trust positive reviews! We trusted and regretted it. Personale scortese e incompetente in tutti i procedimenti del lavaggio, prodotti pessimi, ma soprattutto non ascoltano il cliente quando chiede di non fare alcune cose, come non salire nei battitacco x pulire e asciugare il tetto, che ho precisato di avere dei led ke si potrebbero rrompersi, ma dopo tutto questo scopro che l'auto dopo il lavaggio risulta ruvida al tatto per causa dei prodotti pessimi usati e lavata e risciacquata come si deve, e per causa appunto per la loro incompetenza dopo il procedimento di risciacquo hanno azionato le spazzole del parabrezza anteriore ed essendo non risciacquato a dovere hanno rovinato il parabrezza e adesso ho dei graffi che sicuramente mi costringono ha cambiare il parabrezza.
