Ma ultimamente troppa fretta nel consegnare l’auto si paga il doppio e quando fai notare che c’è ancora tanta polvere rispondono tutti che sono graffi, prendo lo straccio in mano io e faccio notare che non sono graffi ma polvere. Bisogna cambiare... un vero peccato. I have been coming here for 20 years. But lately, too much haste in delivering the car you pay double and when you point out that there is still a lot of dust, they all reply that they are scratches, I take the rag in my hand and point out that they are not scratches but dust. We need to change ... a real shame.

Ogni volta che torno in Sicilia andare da loro é quasi un obbligo . Voto 10. Absolutely one. In addition to being fast, they are very organized and meticulous. They don't deliver the car if it's not immaculate in everything. Whenever I go back to Sicily, going to them is almost an obligation. Rated 10.

In passato aveva i prezzi più bassi ma da un po' di tempo a questa parte sono aumentati (se dovessero aumentare ancora non usufruirò più dei loro servizi). Il personale si dà da fare cercando di dare il massimo nel minor tempo possibile sfruttando il gran numero di manodopera e la buona organizzazione. Ci sono alcuni che puliscono per bene togliendo anche quelli che sembrano graffi e altri che si lasciano un po' andare (vedesi polvere sul cambio e sportello ancora sporco). I titolari offrono una sorta di carta fedeltà ma certe volte si dimenticano di mettere il timbro. Ogni tanto le pezze usate per pulire andrebbero cambiate! Overall it is a good, fast and efficient car wash. In the past it had the lowest prices but for some time now they have increased (if they increase again I will not use their services anymore). The staff is busy trying to give their best in the shortest possible time by taking advantage of the large number of manpower and good organization. There are some that clean well, removing even those that look like scratches and others that let go a little (see dust on the gearbox and door still dirty). The owners offer a sort of loyalty card but sometimes they forget to put the stamp. Occasionally the cloths used for cleaning should be changed!

Oggi come tante altre volte ho portato la macchina per pulizia interna ed esterna e mi è stato rubato un oggetto che avevo lasciato io personalmente dentro il cruscotto prima di consegnare loro la macchina x procedere alla pulizia . Nonostante sia tornata 10 minuti dopo per cercare di recuperarlo , e dopo averlo cercato insieme al proprietario , mi è stato detto che non potevo dimostrare che l’oggetto fosse in macchina prima della scomparsa … sono molto dispiaciuta per l’accaduto perché tutte le altre volte che sono andata non hanno toccato nemmeno i soldi spicci che stavano dentro la macchina, ma è stato il gesto poco corretto da parte di qualche dipendente che adesso ha messo in cattiva luce l’autolavaggio . Ovviamente non tornerò più . State attenti a quello che lasciate in macchina ! With great regret I have to leave this negative review. Obviously I will never go back. Be careful what you leave in the car!

J	Joey Gillies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are amazing!!! I showed them problem areas I needed cleaned so I could ship my Jeep and they tackled them no problem. The lead guy directed his guys around and made sure they didn’t miss a spot. Highly recommended!!!!
