Gentilissimo fino al momento in cui l'ho pagato. Nelle loro inserzioni scrivono che la macchina viene tagliandata. Non ho mai ricevuto un tagliando da parte loro: prima mi è stato detto che era stato fatto ma si erano dimenticati il bollino e che mi sarebbe arrivato a casa. FESSERIE. Poi mi è stato detto che mi sarebbe arrivato via mail. MAI ARRIVATO. Inomma non sono in grado di rilasciare un certificato di avvenuto tagliando, piuttosto bisogna fidarsi a PAROLE. Un sacco di chiamate senza risposta e non mi richiamavano. Mi è stato pure chiuso il telefono in faccia.
Stessa identica cosa per la seconda chiave. Mi è stato detto che mi sarebbe arrivata a casa insieme al resto dei documenti, poi mi è stato detto che me l'avrebbe portata direttamente lui nel mio paese, ecc ecc non continuo a dire le BAGGIANATE dette da loro dopo l'acquisto.
BRAVISSIMI A VENDERE E BASTA GRAZIE ALLE PROMESSE E LUNGAGGINI IN CUI IL CLIENTE ALLA FINE SI STUFA.
Personamente non consiglio questo rivenditore neanche per una bici.

I purchased a car 2 months ago from this dealer so I can describe my shopping experience.
Very kind until the moment I paid for it. In their advertisements they write that the car is being serviced. I never received a coupon from them: I was told earlier that it had been done but they had forgotten the stamp and that I would get home. Hogwash. Then I was told it would come to me via email. NEVER ARRIVED. In short, I am unable to issue a certificate of coupon, rather you have to trust in WORDS. A lot of missed calls and they didn't call me back. The phone on my face was also closed.
Same thing for the second key. I was told that I would arrive home with the rest of the documents, then I was told that he would bring it directly to me in my country, etc. etc. I don't keep saying the BAGGIANATE said by them after the purchase.
VERY GOOD TO SELL AND ENOUGH THANKS TO THE PROMISES AND LENGTHS IN WHICH THE CUSTOMER FINALLY GETS STUFFED.
I personally do not recommend this dealer even for a bike.
