Dopo un giorno di attesa il pezzo arriva ma è sbagliato. Risultato: ho acquistato il pezzo originale in negozio mentre la macchina resta ferma dal meccanico nel weekend
Incompetence reigns supreme. After half an hour of waiting I learn that the spare part is not there but they tell me it is in the depot (a few km away). After a day of waiting the piece arrives but it is wrong. Result: I bought the original part in the shop while the car is standing by the mechanic over the weekend
