★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'avventura trovare il luogo. Dopo avere fatto tanti Km. , finalmente l'ho trovato ma era chiuso e nelle indicazioni c'era scritto che era aperto. Ho perso mezza mattinata inutilmente e meno male che c'è Maps altrimenti mi sarei perso.
Questa è mancanza di serietà.
 An adventure to find the place. After having done so many Km., I finally found it but it was closed and in the indications it was written that it was open. I lost half a morning to no avail and thank goodness for Maps, otherwise I would have missed it.
This is lack of seriousness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questa ditta circa un anno addietro ho acquistato un ricambio per una toyota garandendomi che se non andava bene potevo ritornarlo senza nessun problema.Ma ad onor del vero non fu' proprio così, addirittura dopo averlo acquistato mi reco nella mia officina di fiducia per effettuare la sostituzione del ricambio e mi fanno notare che quel ricambio non c'entrava niente per una toyota ma presumibilmente sarebbe stato per una ford.Quindi contatto l'azienda e racconto l'accaduto,ed il titolare mi rispose che dopo che aveva già passato un Po' di tempo non mi avrebbe più riconosciuto il ricambio.Quindi l'ho invito con cortesia quantomeno ad aiutarmi a capire con certezza di quale marchio di macchina era quel ricambio magari mandandole qualche foto in modo che avendo una certezza tale l'avrei magari potuto rivendere, e nonostante non aver mantenuto la promessa con tanto di arroganza mi rispose che non avrebbe avuto tempo da perdere.Quindi per questo sig Battiato il mio giudizio per valutare la vostra azienda è votare due stelline tanto per voler essere generoso......e consiglio a tutte le persone che si affidano a voi di aprire bene gli occhi .
In this company about a year ago I bought a spare part for a toyota, guaranteeing that if it did not go well I could return it without any problem. But to tell the truth it was not so, even after purchasing it I went to my trusted workshop to perform the replacement of the spare part and they point out to me that that spare part had nothing to do with a toyota but presumably it would have been for a ford. Then contact the company and tell the incident, and the owner replied that after he had already passed a Some time ago I would no longer recognize the spare part. So I politely invited at least to help me understand with certainty which machine part was that spare perhaps sending her some photos so that if I had such a certainty I might have been able to to resell, and despite not having kept the promise with so much arrogance, he replied that he would have no time to lose. So for this Mr. Battiato my judgment for evaluating Are your company is voting two stars just to want to be generous ...... and I recommend to all the people who rely on you to open their eyes wide.
