Siamo andati in questo centro dietro suggerimento di un passante: l'officina è molto grande e a causa della sabbia lavica caduta nelle settimane precedenti ci rendiamo conto che i tempi di attesa sono lunghi. Chiediamo notizie e un impiegato addetto al lavaggio ci consiglia di tornare all'apertura dopo la pausa pranzo. Seguiamo il consiglio e decidiamo di attendere già fuori poco prima dell'apertura. Una volta entrati ci accodiamo alle macchine in fila, dopo esserci puntualmente accertati del turno delle auto con una signora addetta ai lavori e decidiamo di attendere all'esterno (col caldo di questi giorni) recuperando due sedie di fortuna e posizionandoci sotto una pensilina. Dopo circa tre quarti d'ora di attesa notiamo che l'auto che era davanti alla nostra è già prossima al lavaggio ma la nostra si trova ancora indietro perché nel parcheggio(?!?) si trovavano un numero imprecisato e indefinito di altre auto e che quindi dovevamo attendere. Ovviamente ci lamentiamo con l'addetta che ci aveva suggerito la fila dicendole che se avessimo saputo prima non avremmo deciso di attendere anche perchè poi dovevamo fare ritorno a Palermo ma la stessa ha risposto, senza nemmeno scusarsi ne sforzandosi di trovare una soluzione, che non poteva farci nulla. Quindi dopo più di un'ora di attesa oltre venti minuti prima dell'apertura siamo andati via senza nemmeno una scusa da parte degli addetti. We were passing through Acireale and our car needed a wash. Once inside we queue up to the cars in line, after having promptly ascertained the shift of the cars with a lady in charge and we decide to wait outside (with the heat of these days) recovering two makeshift chairs and positioning ourselves under a shelter. After about three quarters of an hour of waiting we notice that the car that was in front of ours is already close to washing but ours is still behind because in the parking lot (?!?) There were an unspecified and indefinite number of other cars and which then we had to wait. Obviously we complain to the clerk who had suggested the queue, telling her that if we had known before we would not have decided to wait also because we had to return to Palermo but she replied, without even apologizing or trying to find a solution, which is not he could do anything about it. So after more than an hour of waiting over twenty minutes before opening we left without even an apology from the staff.
