Poco cordiali, ho avvertito una aria di strafottenza, sono stato sollecitato ad aspettare per più di 40 minuti per fare visionare l'auto per la richiesta di un pezzo. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi è stato richiesto di aspettare in modo sgarbato e scortese, come se io stesso chiedendo un favore. Alla fine l'auto non è stata visionata e sono andato via infuriato La cosa più grave è che non ho parlato con un dipendente ma direttamente con il proprietario ed anziché mandare qualcuno come egli mi disse, ha continuato a chiacchierare con gli amici, come se fosse al bar. Se questo è il comportamento da tenere per un proprietario allora forse è meglio fare lavorare chi se lo merita. Come disse un uomo un tempo, braccia tolte all'agricoltura Sconsiglio caldamente. Consiglio vivamente a chi deve acquistare da loro di stare attenti al cartello ( assolutamente fuori legge) che informa i clienti che non si accettano resi (dopo i tre giorni) per quanto mi riguarda è già la seconda volta che sti tizzi mi truffano: la prima volta con un pezzo di ricambio garantito ma non funzionante e la seconda volta con un tachimetro rotto! Tra l'altro non avevo nemmeno Preteso di essere rimborsato, ma avrei preso qualcos'altro dello stesso valore , come se non bastasse al banco sono stato trattato male e quasi deriso. Purtroppo per alcuni mezzi i ricambi non sono più in produzione e bisogna cercarli da chi li rottama, ci sono comunque validi sfasciacarrozze ma non andate da Cubeda Bad: I bought a spare part from them (not working) after the time necessary for the mechanic to try it (about 4 days) they refuse to change the part. Lo consiglio vivamente per soddisfare i clienti. Io da poco o consegnato un Alfa soddisfando le mie esigente in 5 minuti ho avuto il certificato qualificato. Grazie di tutto signor Cubeda senz'altro ritornero per qualche ricambio. ???????
