M	Matteo Toniollo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo esigenza di un pezzo di ricambio per la mia BMW (un semplice manicotto dell'acqua), sono entrato ovviamente vestito da lavoro visto che appnnto stavo lavorando, l'accoglienza è stata a dir poco pessima, sono entrato con un collega e il responsabile dei ricambi ci ha guardati dall'alto al basso snobbandoci immetiamente, alla richiesta se era disponibile il manicotto ci ha risposto che in casa non era disponibile e per averlo sarebbero dovuti passare 3-4 giorni lavorativi dall'ordine. Ho chiesto consiglio su dove trovare il pezzo altrove e mi è stato risposto in malomodo che non sapeva. Sinceramente credo di essere stato trattato così appunto per l'abbigliamento non "in giacca e visto che subito dopo di me ce statoun signore di "altra presenza"a vuo sono state rivolte mille attenzioni. Sono rimasto deluso perché non pensavo che si dasse peso così tanto all'apparenza. Mi sono successivamente rivolto ad un rivenditore poco distante dal concessionario che mi ha fornito immediatamente il componente nuovo e funzionante. Grazie alla persona che ci ha snobbati così. ?? I asked for advice on where to find the piece elsewhere and was rudely told that he didn't know. l	lorenzo gelsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono disonesti mio figlio ha acqistato un auto e aveva riportato per ben 2 volte l auto in garanzia ma non hanno fatto niente e in due volte e stata via piu di 70 giorni risultato l auto e stata riparata da una altra officina spendendo circa 1000 euro....x risposta hanno detto che l Auto era stata in altra officina .mai stata in ALTRA officina se non.la loro a ZANE VI..E STATA SI IN ALTRA OFFICINA MA DOPO NON.ESSENDO MAI STATA EFFETTIVAMENTE RIPARATA..LE FOTO SONO STATE FATTE IMN OFFICINA DOVE È STATA RIPARATA. PUNTO. They are dishonest.My son bought a car and had brought the car back under warranty twice but they did nothing and in two times he was away for more than 70 days resulting in the car being repaired by another garage for about 1000 euros. ... x answer they said that the car had been in another workshop. never been in ANOTHER workshop if not theirs in ZANE VI ..
