Unica pecca la mancanza di un’area di attesa per i clienti che, in estate e tempo di Covid-19, sono costretti a girovagare per la zona industriale in attesa di una chiamata. Il banale investimento in un ombrellone e un paio di sedie all’aperto avrebbero risolto egregiamente il problema e avrei dato 5 stelle.
The staff in the workshop are very kind and available to the reception service and competent. The only flaw is the lack of a waiting area for customers who, in the summer and time of Covid-19, are forced to wander around the industrial area waiting for a call. The trivial investment in an umbrella and a couple of outdoor chairs would have solved the problem very well and I would have given it 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando ho una Dacia mi sono appoggiato per la manutenzione a questa officina: mai avuto un problema! Ma il salto di qualità è per me stato fatto in questi giorni, quando un guasto ha messo ko la mia auto. Era un giorno di per sé complicato, il 31 dicembre, ma tutto lo staff di Munaretto nel giro di poco tempo si è organizzato ed è uscito con il carro attrezzi per portare in officina la macchina. Il successivo lunedì l'hanno immediatamente guardata e nonostante la disperata situazione (problemi elettronici) sono riusciti a far resuscitare il veicolo. Quello che va sottolineata e l'onestà di fondo: visto che nessuno può dir niente su questa tipologia di problemi potevano tranquillamente aver fatto finta che il guasto fosse irreparabile e sostenere di aver sostituito la centralina, facendomi pagare un conto molto salato. Invece no, hanno imboccato la via della onestà e mi hanno riconsegnato l'auto in cambio di un conto più che ragionevole. Grandi! Un grande grazie a tutti!
Since I have a Dacia I have relied on this workshop for maintenance: never had a problem! But the qualitative leap for me was made in these days, when a breakdown knocked out my car. It was a complicated day in itself, December 31st, but in a short time all the Munaretto staff got organized and went out with the tow truck to take the car to the workshop. The following Monday they immediately looked at it and despite the desperate situation (electronic problems) they managed to resurrect the vehicle. What should be emphasized is the basic honesty: since no one can say anything about this type of problem, they could easily have pretended that the fault was irreparable and claim to have replaced the control unit, making me pay a very high bill. But no, they took the path of honesty and returned the car to me in exchange for a more than reasonable bill. Great! A big thank you to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lode a Giulia che fa'praticamente di tutto tra un po' andrà anche in autofficina... Ho portato a cambiare la bombola GPL x revisione (sono andati al mcr) pensavo che la cambiassero loro volevo saltare un passaggio..cambiato luce stop nn funzionava già da subito.. Sistemato cablaggio e dopo un tot di km si ripresenta in bib... Ma mi domando I meccanici la provano la macchina prima di consegnarla (fanalino non funziona, la bambola era asca e faceva un rumore insopportabile, il cicalino a ricominciato a suonare)!! Comq al lunedì dopo 1 h e 30 d'attesa l'hanno "messa ancora apposto" nel complesso bene ma non lode

I brought to change the cylinder LPG x review (went to MCR) I thought that would change their passaggio..cambiato wanted to skip a stop light nn working already now .. Fixed cabling and after a km tot recurs in bib ... But I wonder mechanics to try the car before handing it (bringing up does not work, the doll was asca and made an unbearable noise, buzzer started playing again !! Comq Monday after 1 h and 30 waiting have "put still affixed" overall good but not praise
