Nonostante mi continuasse ad entrare acqua nel serbatoio e nella pompa per diverso tempo, non è mai riuscito a trovare la causa del problema, ha solo sostituiti i componenti danneggiati dall' acqua presentando fatture da oltre mille € ogni volta. Poco professionale, poco preparato e molto disonesto a mio avviso, rivolgendomi ad altro centro, più piccolo ma nettamente più preparato, hanno risolto il problema in maniera professionale e a cifre decisamente più accettabili. Passando sulla strada dell' officina ultimamente ho notato, nonostante sia ancora in attività, che il marchio Volkswagen è definitivamente sparito dall' insegna, non aggiungo altro. Il peggior meccanico auto che abbia incontrato nella mia vita.

Passing on the road to the workshop, I recently noticed, although it is still in business, that the Volkswagen brand has definitively disappeared from the sign, I won't add anything else. The worst auto mechanic I've met in my life.

Mr. Gianpiero Mortara is really a prepared person available and kind. He diagnosed my Vw tiguan without asking me for a penny. I am not from Genoa and I was passing through. If I have any problems in the area, I will definitely return to him. Highly recommended.

Multi-brand family-run workshop. The owner is very knowledgeable professional but above all honest. The wife kind and very friendly person. I have been attending the workshop for several years and never had anything to object to. Highly recommended.
