★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alessandro e il suo staff sono stati eccezionali sia nelle tempistiche che nell'esecuzione del lavoro, fatto il 23 luglio 2021. Sono stata accolta con gentilezza e professionalità mi è stato dato un appuntamento a breve e mi sono state date tutte le spiegazioni necessarie, rispetto ad una spia fluido del cambio irrisolta in altre officine e che mi aveva fatto molto preoccupare. È stata fatta la pulizia e la sostituzione dell'olio del cambio automatico della mia Nissan Micra, che ora è tornata in perfetta forma. La messa in prova in autostrada e a diverse velocità ha dato conferma del problema risolto. Premetto che ho speso un terzo in meno di quanto paventatomi (a voce) dalla nota officina Nissan di Modena e della quale sto ancora aspettando per questa problematica ormai risolta: preventivo scritto via e-mail da loro promessomi a pochi giorni, con la data eventuale per il lavoro (sono passati ben 14 giorni), non si sono fatti ancora sentire! Anche se vivo a Modena ho fatto e rifaró quando sarà necessario qualche km in piú fino a Carpi. La serietà per me sul lavoro è una qualità imprescindibile. Grazie Officina 2001.
Alessandro and his staff were exceptional both in the timing and in the execution of the work, done on 23 July 2021. I was welcomed with kindness and professionalism, I was given an appointment shortly and I was given all the necessary explanations, respect to an unresolved gearshift warning light in other workshops and that had made me very worried. The cleaning and oil change of the automatic gearbox of my Nissan Micra has been done and is now back in perfect shape. Testing on the motorway and at different speeds confirmed the problem solved. I state that I spent a third less than what I feared (verbally) from the well-known Nissan workshop in Modena and of which I am still waiting for this problem that has now been resolved: a written estimate via e-mail they promised me a few days, with the possible date for work (14 days have passed), they have not yet made themselves heard! Even though I live in Modena I have done and will do it again when it will be necessary a few more kilometers up to Carpi. Seriousness for me at work is an essential quality. Thanks Officina 2001.
