Dopo una settimana mi viene fatto il preventivo con la diagnosi del problema e circa 10 giorni per la riparazione dovuti alla spedizione del pezzo di ricambio. Confermato il preventivo e passati i 10 giorni telefono e mi si rimanda di altri 5 giorni, perché doveva arrivare ancora il pezzo di ricambio. Trascorsi questi, IO ritelefono e mi viene detto che non si sa quando arriverà il pezzo di ricambio e potevo quindi venire a ritirare il mio prodotto. Trascorse 3 settimane senza aver risolto nulla e perso tempo. Per la mia esperienza è mancata la professionalità che mi aspettavo. Brought a home theater for a repair. La prossima volta aggiornate il sito ed evitate di far girare la gente a vuoto, non si tratta solo di 1 sabato per un'imprevisto o perchè prefestivo, ma di 4 mesi, pessimo servizio. È venuto a casa mia un ragazzo molto gentile per il sopralluogo. Una volta stabiliti i dettagli dell’intervento da eseguire, mi ha inviato il preventivo tramite mail. Successivamente, dopo esserci accordati sulla data dell’intervento, hanno svolto tutto il lavoro necessario con la massima trasparenza, educazione e professionalità…non è cosa da poco al giorno d’oggi, se si considera che molti di coloro che si presentano come professionisti sono, in realtà, dei personaggi improvvisati e non competenti. Consiglio vivamente Video 4 a chiunque debba risolvere malfunzionamenti di questo tipo. Sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto.
