★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliato. Da lasciar perdere, sopratutto con macchine a noleggio (Arval): oltre a non risolvere i problemi, mentre la tengono in officina la usano per i cavoli loro, facendoci anche parecchi km (e non per provarla)....e ridandola indietro pure sporca.
1. portata e tenuta 1 settimana (lunedì-venerdì) per sostituzione volano, al venerdì li chiamo per sapere se la macchina era pronta e mi dicono che posso venirla a prendere, ma che il ricambio dalla Francia ci mette 1 mese. Intanto la macchina è stata ferma 1 settimana. In questo frangente è stato segnalato problema alla convergenza, che non è stato risolto (o meglio la macchina invece di tirare a dx tirava a sn) incolpando le gomme....(seminuove).
2. Dopo 1 mese arriva il volano, riportata per sostituzione volano e di nuovo convergenza (visto che un gommista ha negato problema di gomme), macchina ferma 3 giorni (3!). Cambiato il volano ma il problema rimane (...."non è il volano o devono avermi mandato un volano sfasato dalla Francia!!" ). Nel frattempo la macchina nei due giorni ha fatto parecchi km ed è piena di zanzare sul cofano (autostrada o strade scorrimento veloce). Almeno la convergenza l'hanno risolta (ma non erano le gomme???!!!)

Not recommended. Leave it alone, especially with rental cars (Arval): in addition to not solving problems, while they keep it in the workshop they use it for their cabbages, making us even several kilometers (and not to try it) .... and giving it back as well dirty.
1. extent and held one week (Monday-Friday) to replace the flywheel, to Friday, call them to see if the car was ready and tell me I can pick her up, but that the parts from France takes one month. Meanwhile, the car stopped for 1 week. At this juncture, it has been reported to the convergence problem, which has not been solved (or rather the machine instead of pulling to the right pulled to sn) blaming the tires .... (pre-owned).
2. After 1 month the flywheel arrives, brought back by flywheel replacement and again convergence (as a tire repairer has denied tire problem), car stopped 3 days (3!). The flywheel has been changed but the problem remains (.... "it is not the flywheel or they must have sent me a shuttlecock badminton from France !!"). Meanwhile the machine in two days made several kilometers and is full of mosquitoes on the hood (highway roads or expressways). At least the convergence resolved it (but it wasn't the tires ??? !!!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brave persone oneste e corrette. Autofficina da più di una generazione a quanto so. Ufficiali Renault ma fanno anche le altre macchine. Continueremo a portar lì la Clio di mia moglie anche se è appena scaduta la Garanzia. Ok
Good honest and fair people. Garage for more than a generation as far as I know. Renault officers but they also make other cars. We will continue to take my wife's Clio there even if the Warranty has just expired. Ok

Portata a metà luglio C4 Picasso previo appuntamento, al capannone in via Romagna, con problema avantreno - lato dx, rumoroso...
Concessa gratuitamente auto sostitutiva x 2 gg, fino alla scoperta che il problema, derivava da un ammortizzatore (nuovo, 6 mesi di vita) montato da altra ditta.
Il titolare, Omar, persona seria e scrupolosa, non ha chiesto un solo centesimo x il tempo e la fatica spesi..
dato spontaneamente un "forfait" come rimborso (5 €) x il carburante in base al Kmetraggio denunciato..
Veramente bravi.
Li consiglio assolutamente x serietà e competenza.

Free replacement car granted for 2 days, until the discovery that the problem stemmed from a shock absorber (new, 6 months old) fitted by another company.
The owner, Omar, a serious and scrupulous person, did not ask for a single cent for the time and effort spent.
spontaneously given a "forfait" as a refund (5 €) for the fuel based on the reported Kmetraggio ..
Really good.
I absolutely recommend them x seriousness and competence.
