★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dipendenti gentilissimi, proprietario avido, scontroso; pur pagando la demolizione ed il ritiro del mezzo mi voleva fatturare le patri del furgone che io mi ero trattenuto come parti di ricambio, parti di proprietà mia e che io avevo già pagato quindi avrei dovuto ri pagarle una seconda volta.
In sintesi si e rifiutato di farmi la demolizione del mezzo (tra l'altro mi informerò se è legale oppure no).
Totalmente da evitare!!!!
State alla larga!!!!
Comunque lo stesso giorno ho contattato l'autodemolizioni Menchicchi a Moiano PG), ha fatto tutte le pratiche senza storie e chiedendo la stessa cifra....
Prima di scegliere meditate bene gente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estremamente gentili e professionali. mi hanno sostituito un pezzo erroneamente inviatomi (il dx anzichè il sin) senza farmi pagare ne trasporto ne sostituzione. e, di un altro pezzo, mi hanno onestamente detto che non era in buono stato sconsigliandomene l'acquisto. che cosa volere di più? davvero da consigliare. prezzi ottimi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un paraurti da questo ricambista con pagamento in contrassegno, il pezzo è arrivato avvolto in uno solo strato di pluriball. Al momento dell'apertura scopro che il paraurti ha gli angoli rotti.
Subito provvedo a chiamare la Pianigiani Rottami che non si scusa dell'accaduto e mi dice non esere colpa loro per non aver imballato bene il pezzo, che loro fanno sempre cosi è non hanno mai avuto problemi , che non potrebbero perdere tempo ad iballarli megio e che la colpa è del trasportatore e mia che non ho accettato con riserva (non ero nemmeno a casa ha ritirato un mio parente)
Successivamente chiamo la Bartolini che me lo ha consegnato che mi dice di fornire foto del paraurti con il suo imballo e del danno, visionate mi rispondono che la colpa è da imputare all'insufficiente imballaggio e quindi farmi rimborsare dalla Pianigiani la quale ad oggi non mi ha più risposto. Evitateli veramente poco professionali e cortesi con il cliente!

Then I call Bartolini who gave it to me and tells me to provide photos of the bumper with its packaging and the damage, upon viewing, they reply that the fault is due to insufficient packaging and therefore have me reimbursed by Pianigiani which to date I have not more answered. Avoid them really unprofessional and courteous with the customer!
