M	Matteo Zurri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso giudicare solo il servizio di vendita pezzi di ricambio e la mia esperienza è stata nel complesso negativa, anche se qualche mese fa ho trovato un operaio gentile e professionale che mi ha venduto il lunotto anteriore della macchina e dopo essersi informato tramite il loro database me lo ha ceduto ad un prezzo normale. Invece qualche giorno prima un suo collega, lo stesso pezzo me lo avrebbe venduto al doppio, senza informarsi sul prezzo tramite il database e quando gli ho fatto notare che costava quanto uno nuovo, mi ha trattato con un ostilità di certo non professionale. Mentre l'esperienza di oggi riguarda uno specchietto retrovisore che dopo che ha notato che era rovinato esternamente me lo avrebbe venduto ad un prezzo il 10% più caro che comprarlo nuovo e quando gli ho fatto notare che era rotto anche internamente mi ha detto di lasciar perdere perchè se non io qualcun' altro lo avrebbe comprato. Quindi io ho trovato 2 operai su 3 non professionali e gratuitamente arroganti... provate anche voi e magari avete la fortuna di trovare quell'operaio professionale che vi farà dei prezzi normali senza troppa malizia. I can only judge the spare parts sales service and my experience was overall negative, although a few months ago I found a kind and professional worker who sold me the front window of the car and after inquiring through their database I he sold it at a normal price. Instead, a few days before a colleague of his, the same piece would have sold me for double, without asking about the price through the database and when I pointed out that it cost as much as a new one, he treated me with a certainly unprofessional hostility. While today's experience concerns a rearview mirror that after he noticed that it was damaged externally he would have sold it to me at a price 10% more expensive than buying it new and when I pointed out that it was also broken internally he told me to leave lose because if not me someone else would have bought it. So I found 2 out of 3 unprofessional and arrogant workers for free ... try it too and maybe you are lucky enough to find that professional worker who will make you normal prices without too much malice.
