★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono cliente da piu di 15 anni. Ho chiamato per avere un rifornimento del mio bombolone a Monte Armgentario lunedi 23 alle 9 e la fornitura programmata per martedi. Ad oggi venerdi 27 la fornitura non e stata fatta. Rimarrò molto probabilmente senza gas. Nessuno mi ha avvisato del ritardo. Ho dovuto rintracciare l autista che ha solo seguito gli itinerari che gli hanno dato e che mi ha spiegato che lo hanno dirottato da Grosseto a Livorno ogni giorno della settimana!
Pessimo servizio. Nessuna attenzione alla clientela. Il bonus 110 pct sara’ un ottima occasione per interrompere questo rapporto

 I have been a customer for more than 15 years. I called to get a refill of my donut in Monte Armgentario on Monday 23 at 9 and the supply scheduled for Tuesday. As of today, Friday 27th the supply has not been made. I will most likely run out of gas. Nobody warned me of the delay. I had to track down the driver who only followed the itineraries they gave him and who explained to me that they diverted him from Grosseto to Livorno every day of the week!
Bad service. No attention to customers. The 110 pct bonus will be an excellent opportunity to terminate this relationship
