A breve mi farò vivo con il mio legale. In 2 anni ne abbiamo spesi altrettanti 6000 per farla aggiustare e ora è addirittura da buttare. Pessimi. Una grande fregatura! We bought a car for about € 6000 from them 4 years ago and immediately it started to give us problems. In 2 years we have spent as many 6000 to have it fixed and now it is even to be thrown away. Bad. A big rip off!

Mi hanno poi rilasciato un biglietto da visita con pochi dati su una auto che mi interessava. Avrei preferito qualche documentazione di più (mi evitava di chiedere ulteriormente). Per la mia esperienza comunque buono. I was here a while ago looking for a used car and the staff were quick and courteous in showing me options. They then issued me a business card with little data on a car that interested me. I would have preferred some more documentation (it avoided me asking further). In my experience however good.

Anche io come Lei ho comprato una macchina che dopo una settimana mi è già costata 220 euro x riparazioni molto gravi. Ho trovato la massima indifferenza da parte di tutto il personale e quindi sostenere la spesa di tasca mia. Sono senza parole e non capisco come si possa lavorare così....mahhhh!!! Tenevo a precisare che le riparazioni sono salite ora ad un importo di 650 euro....state lontani da questa gente!!!!! Ms Cinti, maybe you had read her review before buying. Instead, I trusted, very wrong. I also bought a car like you that after a week already cost me 220 euros for very serious repairs. I found the utmost indifference on the part of all the staff and therefore bear the expense of my own pocket. I'm speechless and I don't understand how you can work like this ... mahhhh !!! I wanted to clarify that the repairs have now risen to an amount of 650 euros .... stay away from these people !!!!!
C	Claudia Albo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre alla qualità dell'auto acquistata, che nonostante sia un usato mi è stata consegnata in ottime condizioni, sia come carrozzeria che come meccanica, voglio sottolineare (e ringraziare) tutto lo staff di Autocentro Ostia, cominciando dal Sig Fabrizio e continuando con Alessandro, con la ragazza che sta in amministrazione (mi perdoni, credo si chiami Giulia ma non ne sono sicura) ed i meccanici tutti, per la loro gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità. Persone squisite, che lavorano con serietà ed impegno andando incontro a tutte le esigenze del cliente e cercando di farlo nel migliore dei modi: grazie! ☺ Consigliatissimo?
