Vedendo diversi annunci ho deciso di recarmi presso la loro sede di Ostia, fidandomi anche dell'elevato numero di clienti soddisfatti. Dopo aver esposto quali fossero le mie esigenze, si sono subito mostrati molto professionali e disponibili nel propormi diverse soluzioni che facessero al caso mio ed inoltre di risolvere ogni mio dubbio o perplessità. A distanza di qualche mese sono molto soddisfatto, in particolar modo perchè dopo un mese essendosi presentato un piccolissimo problema si sono subito mossi per venirmi incontro e in pochissimi giorni tutto è stato risolto. Lo consiglio davvero molto! 2 months ago I was looking for a used car. Il giorno dopo averla ritirata ho chiamato pocihè non funzionava ne lo start & stop, ne il cruise control e mi hanno liquidato con " attivi la garanzia ". Dopo una settimana ho dovuto cambiare le gomme davanti poichè la convergenza era completamente aperta; DOpo 15 giorni mi si sono accese le spie motore; Da diagnosi NISSAN, sembra che al motore abbiano sostituito delle parti con altre di motori diversi. Turbina da sostiuire, 1600 euro di danno. Il " venditore ", si nasconde dietro la garanzia. FATE ATTENZIONE. Ispezionate le auto con i Vostri meccanici. La garanzia è fasulla, ti dicono di fare il preventivo anche alla case madre, ma TUTTE le officine che ho sentito non vogliono lavorare con queste garanzie. Loro hanno una officina in tutta Roma, ma ha tempi di attesa lunghissimi. Fate voi i dovuti calcoli. DEVO RIPARARE L' AUTO A MIE SPESE. Esperienza pessima. Mi sto rivolgendo ai pubblici registri per verificare la storia della vettura, dopodichè, seguirà denuncia alle autorità competenti. I bought the car in December, a Nissan of December 2015. The day after I picked it up I called pocihè neither the start & stop nor the cruise control worked and they liquidated me with "active the guarantee". After a week I had to change the front tires as the convergence was completely open; After 15 days the engine warning lights came on; From NISSAN diagnosis, it seems that the engine has replaced parts with others from different engines. Turbine to be replaced, 1600 euros of damage. The "seller" hides behind the guarantee. BE CAREFUL. Inspect cars with your mechanics. The guarantee is bogus, they tell you to quote the parent company as well, but ALL the workshops I have heard do not want to work with these guarantees. They have a workshop all over Rome, but they have very long waiting times. You do the necessary calculations. I HAVE TO REPAIR THE CAR AT MY EXPENSE. Bad experience. I am contacting the public registers to verify the history of the car, after which a complaint to the competent authorities will follow.
