★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare: per un guasto sono finito in questa officina di sabato, li ho contattati in tarda mattinata e mi hanno aperto fuori dal normale orario lavorativo per il ricovero dell'auto.
Lunedì mattina hanno presentato un preventivo salatissimo per la riparazione del danno della mia auto.
Riparazione che non che non ho fatto eseguire.
Per il rilascio del preventivo pretendevano il 10% del costo stimato a "naso" senza avere smontato l'auto.
Ho chiesto di svincolare l'auto è di pagare i giorni di deposito (12€ Iva inclusa al giorno) ma mi è stato richiesto un extra di oltre 60€ per il disturbo fornito.
Tutto senza anticipare a voce nessuna delle suddette spese al momento della presa in consegna dell'auto ne dell'esposizione di un listino prezzi.
Dopo discussioni durate ore, con la proposta di contattare la guardia di finanza, ci hanno lasciato il veicolo con 40€ di fattura per deposito e disturbo.
State attenti, sia il costo dei materiali che della manodopera era altissimo, a Milano, anche se i prezzi sono alti, mi hanno fatto un preventivo inferiore del 30%.
