Il problema non è stato risolto e ai controlli successivi sembrava come se volesse liquidarmi dicendomi che in realtà il problema è passato e che avrei dovuto aspettare. Purtroppo il problema c'era ancora. Alla fine ho deciso di andare da un altro dermatologo a mio parere più professionale e con prezzi molto più accessibili che mi ha seguito come si deve e ora sto molto meglio e ho finalmente una diagnosi vera. Mi dispiace dover dare una stella a tutta la struttura per colpa di un medico ma sono costretto perchè è stata una pessima esperienza, ho sprecato tempo, soldi e salute. I'm sorry to have to give a star to the whole structure because of a doctor but I am forced because it was a bad experience, I wasted time, money and health.

Mi presento con mio padre,che avrebbe dovuto fare l'esame... e trovo due segretarie che mi chiedono del perché noi fossimo lì...dicendo che non solo il dottore aveva spostato tutti gli appuntamenti alle due settimane successive,ma non ci aveva nemmeno messo in elenco! Ed insisteva dicendo che io non avessi chiamato,e solo nel momento in cui le ho detto che le avrei fatto vedere le due chiamate per confermare la visita ,ha taciuto. Conclusione abbiamo buttato un pomeriggio lavorativo ,per nulla! I share a very bad experience! I call to have an appointment for an exam, I am given day and time. Sono passati due mesi e non mi ha mai chiamata e sono andata da altri! Poca professionalità, non si trattano così i clienti. Ne perderete sicuramente tanti!
