★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio di assistenza stradale impeccabile , dopo 10 minuti dalla chiamata era sul posto , sul reparto riparazioni mi dispiace ma c’è ancora tanto da fare a livello di gestione e cortesia , macchina da loro per 7 giorni , dopo continue chiamate per sapere quando venisse fatta , venivo continuamente rimandato , “ ti richiamo dopo “ mai nessuno mi ha richiamato , ho dovuto ripagare il carro attrezzi e portarla da un altro meccanico , tra l’altro con una diagnosi nemmeno onerosa è totalmente un altro tipo di guasto dal quale mi era stato diagnosticato . C’è una bella differenza da cambiare una pompa frizione idraulica con ( 250€ ) a un kit , frizione più volano ( 1000€ circa ) . Vi auguro di migliorare , soprattutto con chi è in ferie e si trova spiazzato e fuori zona .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio recupero in autostrada puntuale e ineccepibile, ma visto che di un'altra città mi sono dovuto fidare della loro autofficina. prima diagnosi del guasto errata, giorni persi in attesa, seconda diagnosi centralina guasta, mi sono offerto di reperire io il pezzo, ma hanno preferito montare uno loro, ma difettoso anche quello.
La macchina guasta il giorno stesso ma per fortuna sono riuscito a rientrare a Genova e dopo il loro rifiuto di recuperarla faccio affidamento al mio meccanico (meno male).
Dopo tante insistenze riesco a recuperare almeno il costo della centralina, ma ho dovuto pagare loro per un lavoro fatto male, ho dovuto pagare il mio meccanico, ed ho dovuto subire per 2 volte il telefono sbattuto in faccia.
Tirate voi le conclusioni su come giudicare il loro operato.grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il 02/09/2019 per un guasto alla mia auto, venivo soccorso in autostrada dall officina Barsotti, servizio molto cordiale ed efficiente ed funzionale. I giorni successivi chiedevo una diagnosi, telefonicamente mi veniva comunicato dalla segretaria , che la mia auto, Ford focus sw tdci, aveva il serbatoio ed il filtro gasolio sporchi quindi non arrivava gasolio. La richiesta per la riparazione 340 euro. Non convinto , ( l'auto si era spenta senza alcun preavviso, tipo singhiozzare...) ,faccio trasportare il mio veicolo alla Ford dove il guasto viene individuato subito, avaria della batteria,bassa tensione quindi centralina che riscontrava questo errore , spesa euro 130, se procedevano alla riparazione, secondo la loro diagnosi, senza risultato,, cosa succedeva ?????? ,poi cambiavo anche la batteria ??????? quanto mi costava???????. ( ho mandato n 3 email ad infoòbarsottiservice.it il 30/09, il 08/10, ed il 21/10 , per chiedere chiarimenti ma non ho avuto mai risposta. Grazie

The following days I asked for a diagnosis, by telephone I was informed by the secretary, that my car, Ford focus sw tdci, had a dirty fuel tank and filter so no diesel came. The request for repair 340 euros. Unconvinced, (the car had turned off without warning, like sobbing ...), I transport my vehicle to the Ford where the fault is immediately detected, battery failure, low voltage then the control unit that found this error, euro expense 130, if they proceeded to repair, according to their diagnosis, without result, what happened ?????? , then I also changed the battery ??????? ??????? how much it cost me. (I sent 3 emails to infobarsottiservice.it on 09/30, 08/10, and 21/10, to ask for clarification but I never got an answer. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero un po' preoccupato avendo letto alcune recensioni negative, ma devo dire invece che io mi sono trovato molto bene.
Innanzitutto il recupero in autostrada con il carro attrezzi, dopo un lieve incidente, è stato rapido ed effettuato con efficienza.
Ma soprattutto sono rimasto soddisfatto delle riparazioni di carrozzeria, eseguite in maniera esemplare, in tempi brevi e a prezzi onesti.
C'è stata fin da subito estrema chiarezza nel preventivo e tutti gli addetti hanno dimostrato gentilezza nei miei confronti.

Sono stati molto gentili ad accompagnarci in stazione ferroviaria. Riparato il guasto, sono venuti a recuperarmi alla stazione di Viareggio per portarmi in officina.
Servizio molto efficiente, cortesi e disponibili.
