Ho trovato spesso personale scostante ed invece di chiederti se hai bisogno,chiacchierano tra di loro non calcolandoti proprio.
Spesso fila alla cassa lunghissima.

I have often found unfriendly staff and instead of asking you if you need them, they chat with each other without calculating you at all.
Often queues at the very long checkout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato per acquistare uno speaker Bluetooth,appena entrato noto che effettivamente c'erano veramente poche persone e la maggior parte del personale girovagava per il negozio,quindi vado da uno di loro e chiedo se posso avere informazioni su questa cassa,vengo rimbalzato da un altro ragazzo,che era l'unico impegnato in quel momento,ho aspettato 10-15 minuti girando a zonzo per il negozio mentre lo stesso tizio che mi aveva detto di andare dal suo collega(impegnato con un altro cliente) mi fissava girando tra i reparti,e come lui altri 2.
Ma faccio finta di nulla e aspetto che questo ragazzo finisca con un altro cliente, arriva il mio turno chiedo informazioni, cordiale per carità ma mi dice che il prodotto in questione non era più disponibile, ma alla domanda se sapesse quando rientrava mi risponde "magari",e questo speaker era presentato con una targhetta con scritto "novità " o "nuovo ",mi pare strano che non sapesse neppure la data di rientro, considerando anche il valore
I introduced myself to buy a Bluetooth speaker, as soon as I entered I noticed that there were actually very few people and most of the staff were wandering around the shop, so I go to one of them and ask if I can have information on this speaker, I am bounced by another guy, who was the only one busy at the time, waited 10-15 minutes wandering around the store while the same guy who told me to go to his colleague (busy with another customer) stared at me walking around between the departments, and like him others 2.
But I pretend nothing has happened and wait for this guy to end up with another customer, my turn comes I ask for information, cordial for charity but he tells me that the product in question was no longer available, but when asked if he knew when he was coming back he replies "maybe ", and this speaker was presented with a plate reading" novelty "or" new ", it seems strange to me that he did not even know the date of return, also considering the value

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop assistance few and not so up to scratch with info on goods. Helpful to a point of no alternatives. The sales assistant seemed to be in a hurry to go where ever he needed to be. The shop was almost empty so not as if there were a lot of people to help.
Cash till slow and only one person checking out, no rush as not many people and took forever to get the transaction done with the customer before me.
