 People are nice, but the car is repaired, 340 € change oil and seal because leaking is already violent. I hope I never have to see the workshop again.

Scarsissima professionalità e molta improvvisazione. Hanno comunicato prima un prezzo per la riparazione che poi si è triplicato. Spero almeno che la riparazione sia stata effettuata a regola d'arte e che il problema sia stato effettivamente risolto.

Very little professionalism and a lot of improvisation. They first communicated a price for the repair which then tripled. I hope at least that the repair has been done in a workmanlike manner and that the problem has actually been resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno lasciato con lo scooter elettrico, comprato da loro, per il quale avevo, poco prima del Lock down, ordinato il tachimetro in garanzia, senza l'articolo suddetto, dicendomi, dopo 4 mesi di attesa, che loro avevano lasciato il mandato per vendere gli scooter elettrici e quindi non sapevano nemmeno nulla del mio ordime. Non ci si comporta così

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese e poco qualificato. Ho avuto la malaugurata idea di chiamare loro come carro attrezzi, rimasto a piedi fuori dall’autostrada uscita Versilia. L’officina si trovava vicino, entro direi 4 o 5 km. Mi sono stati chiesti 100 euro più iva (decisamente troppo rispetto al normale). La macchina è stata guardata 3 giorni dopo il disguido, ma questo lo accetto essendo il we di ferragosto. Il responso fu “ c’è qualcosa che fa saltare un fusibile e serve tempo, non posso farlo prima di una settimana (il lunedì dopo) perché mi servono gli schemi elettrici e adesso non posso reperirli.” (Da notare che la macchina è una chevrolet e Nardini è un concessionario chevrolet). Per me ciò non è accettabile: dimostra incapacità, scarsa serietà. Visto che la macchina mi serviva, ho coinvolto un’altra officina e qualche giorno dopo la macchina era aggiustata. Evidentemente Nardini aveva scarso o nullo interesse ma ho comunque dovuto pagare il poco lavoro svolto, altri 100 euro (per fare una diagnosi e cambiare un fusibile!!). Il tutto condito da un certo fastidio e maleducazione da parte del capo officina. Insomma se vi trovate nei paraggi e avete bisogno di assistenza, evitate Nardini; non è il loro mestiere.
Rude and unqualified staff. I had the unfortunate idea of calling them as a tow truck, left on foot outside the Versilia motorway exit. The workshop was nearby, within I would say 4 or 5 km. I was asked for 100 euros plus VAT (far too much compared to normal). The car was looked at 3 days after the misunderstanding, but I accept this as the mid-August week. The response was "there is something that blows a fuse and it takes time, I can't do it for a week (the following Monday) because I need the wiring diagrams and now I can't find them." (Note that the car is a chevrolet and Nardini is a chevrolet dealer). For me this is not acceptable: it shows incapacity, little seriousness. Since I needed the car, I involved another workshop and a few days later the car was fixed. Evidently Nardini had little or no interest but I still had to pay for the little work done, another 100 euros (to make a diagnosis and change a fuse !!). All seasoned with a certain annoyance and rudeness on the part of the foreman. In short, if you are nearby and need assistance, avoid Nardini; it's not their job.

We had the misfortune to break down and be supported by this """garage""".
As a result of the heat, a simple hose was released and we lost the coolant. The breakdown mechanic is an ignoble person who has absolutely no desire to help. Tourists piss him off, to use his words.
Let's go to the repairs, which lasted 6 hours! 6 HOURS for a hose you imagine?! They take people for idiots. They changed all the parts that provide cooling (essential according to them) for a simple hose that had dropped.
They reprogrammed, we do not know what or why (not able to explain), the coolant 75 € + coolant filling 10 € Total, 85 €! 85 € You imagine ? They also charged 25 € for scamm…emergency support ! What emergency support ? we did not ask for anything.
Of course they did not call back once the repairs completed, it was necessary to do it ourselves, « The car was ready just 5 minutes before the call » (according to them) only 45 mins before closing! HAHAHA Of course ... (The car was ready for hours).
Total, more than 500 € of repairs, a shame, pure and simple!
Unfortunately we can not put less than one star. SCAMMERS !
