★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al primo tagliando al mio Stelvio JTD 180 CV:
- inserito olio 0W/30 invece del previsto 0W/20, ho dovuto sostituire olio e filtro a mie spese presso altra officina autorizzata dopo soli 7000 km per accensione spia rossa alto livello olio;
- inserito in fattura il cambio filtro abitacolo ma l’altra officina ha affermato che non era stato sostituito ed ho dovuto cambiarlo a mie spese;
- non mi hanno compilato il libretto tagliandi della vettura.
Veramente scarsa professionalità e competenza.
At the first service on my Stelvio JTD 180 CV:
- inserted 0W / 30 oil instead of the expected 0W / 20, I had to replace oil and filter at my expense at another authorized workshop after only 7000 km to turn on the red high oil level warning light;
- the cabin filter change was included in the invoice but the other workshop stated that it had not been replaced and I had to change it at my expense;
- I have not been filled in with the car's coupon book.
Really poor professionalism and competence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il signor Orsi Giuseppe naturalmente è un esperto, capace, scrupoloso meccanico e, da quello che ho potuto fin da subito constatare una persona che ama il suo lavoro ed è attento e disposto a scoprire e risolvere nuovi problemi. Inoltre, e questo è l'aspetto che mi ha subito colpito di più è una persona eclettica ed appassionato in altri ambiti, che, apparentemente, sembrerebbero completamente estranei al suo ambito operativo, quali la storia, la storia della la musica, musica classica, Mozart, ed il suono del corno francese.
Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che, tra un carburatore ed uno spinterogeno, amano conversare e conoscere nuove e diverse prospettive.
Mr. Orsi Giuseppe is naturally an expert, capable, scrupulous mechanic and, from what I was able to immediately see a person who loves his work and is attentive and willing to discover and solve new problems. Moreover, and this is the aspect that immediately struck me the most is an eclectic person and passionate in other areas, which, apparently, would seem completely extraneous to his operational field, such as history, the history of music, classical music, Mozart, and the sound of the French horn.
I recommend it to all those who, between a carburetor and a distributor, love to chat and learn about new and different perspectives.
