N	Nicola Carrara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo cambiare il piano cottura prima di partire per 3 mesi col camper per lavoro. Mi ha garantito che avrebbe risolto nelle 2 settimane che aveva a disposizione dicendo di avere il pezzo in casa ( l ho chiamato piu volte per essere sicuro, e che in caso mi sarei mosso in altro modo). Salvo poi chiamarmi l ultimo giorno dicendomi che il pezzo nn cera, e facendomela anche pesare che aveva buttato via la giornata, in ogni caso sistema un fornello alla benemeglio e mi chiede i soldi, che io ingenuamente gli dò pensando che funzionasse per i mesi che ero fuori e riparlandone al rientro. Appena partito mi accorgo che i pezzi cosi detti da buttare via che mi aveva consegnato erano solo stati( rubinetto gas) rovinati da lui, chiamo per spiegazione, e la risposta è stata " non parliamo la stessa lingua, vieni che li sistemo", faccio notate che gia ero partito e non sarei tornato a breve, oltre al fatto che se era una cosa cosi semplice poteva farlo subito. Dopo un mese che ero in giro pure il fornello "sistemato" smette di funzionare,ando and di un messaggio a cui non ho nessuna risposta, e al ritorno non risponde neanche alle chiamate, alla fine invece di passare di persona rischiando di litigare visto il carattere del personaggio dexido di arrangiarmi e faccio da solo comprandone direttamente uno di seconda mano. Risultato fai da mè 50 euro seconda mano, fatto da lui 80 euro per mettermi in diffucolta e credere pure di aver ragione. Fate voi.... Chiamo x chiedere informazioni sul costo di un noleggio camper x un week end, purtroppo avendo avuto conferma delle ferie poco fa ho dovuto organizzarmi all’ultimo. Mi risponde al telefono un uomo scortese dicendomi ‘lei mi sta chiedendo un camper x agosto?’ Si mette a ridere e rispondo che poteva dirmi semplicemnte che non avevano disponibilità. Detto questo, mi riaggancia il telefono in faccia!!!! Certe persone non si meriterebbero proprio di avere prenotazioni! Shameful!!!! Shameful!!! F	Francesca Zucchinali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente sconsigliato, dopo neanche 2 anni che avevamo fatto sistemare una infiltrazione, abbiamo notato che il tetto in quel punto da lui "riparato" si stava abbassando, smontiamo la mensola e la toppa che aveva messo, e sbigottiti notiamo che nn aveva sistemato niente, e l acqua era tornata ad infiltrarsi. I soldi li ha presi, e anche più del preventivo fatto. Marito e moglie che gestiscono sono stati davvero gentili sia in fase di primo contatto dove la signora mi ha spiegato le condizioni di noleggio e mi ha spiegato in modo chiaro prezzi e penali, sia in fase di ritiro del mezzo dove il marito mi ha spiegato il funzionamento di tutte le varie parti strettamente legate al camper (acqua, corrente, acque grigie e acque nere). All'esterno il camper si presenta molto bene, ho preso il McLouis steel 535G. Interamente ci sono segni di usura da normale utilizzo, questo mi ha permesso di vivere l'esperienza al meglio senza preoccuparmi troppo di "consumare" il camper (a differenza di un mezzo nuovo). Le pulizie del mezzo prima del rientro hanno richiesto 30 min circa quindi niente di ché. Avendo pianificato l'itinerario delweekend ero consapevole del chilometraggio che avrei fatto e sono arrivato a destinazione con 10km in più che la signora mi ha gentilmente scontato (3.50€ li avrei dati comunque volentieri). I prezzi mi sembrano in linea con la concorrenza. Nel complesso sono totalmente soddisfatto e credo che ripeterò l'esperienza con la prossima bella stagione. The prices seem to me in line with the competition. Overall I am totally satisfied and I think I will repeat the experience with the next good season.
