★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roadsurfer è un’azienda innovativa che noleggia van full optional assetto camper di tante marche in tutta europa. Nasce a Monaco dove dal 2016 hanno il loro headquarter. Noi abbiamo noleggiato sia a Milano che a Monaco, con cambio mezzo nello stesso giorno. Bè posso dire con certezza che la differenza la fanno le persone. Marco a Milano ci ha consegnato un mezzo VW California Bully perfetto e meticolosamente pulito. nonostante fosse giá Equipaggiato alla perfezione, la differenza l’ha fatta proprio lui come responsabile della sede Milano (sempre cortese e reperibile via mail anche quando il call center preposto non sempre risponde). Torneró sicuramente da Roadsurder per i mezzi eccezionali e sempre nuovo, ma solo da Marco a Milano di certo perchè la differenza la fa la relazione. Che Non abbiamo trovato altrove pur essendo la medesima azienda
Roadsurfer is an innovative company that rents full optional camper van with many brands throughout Europe. Born in Munich where they have their headquarters since 2016. We rented both in Milan and Munich, with a change of vehicle on the same day. Well I can say with certainty that the difference is made by people. Marco in Milan gave us a perfect and meticulously clean VW California Bully. although he was already perfectly equipped, the difference was made by him as the manager of the Milan office (always courteous and available via email even when the call center in charge does not always answer). I will definitely come back to Roadsurder for the exceptional and always new means, but only from Marco in Milan of course because the relationship makes the difference. Which we have not found elsewhere despite being the same company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente un posto in cui noleggiare il VW California! Prezzi in linea col mercato, a parte la quota fissa di 100€ (che sia per tre notti o cinquanta). Si capisce subito che è un'azienda giovane che punta ai giovani, è stata una bellissima esperienza di noleggio. Il veicolo era letteralmente "nuovo di pacca" e gli è stato dato il mio nome essendo il primo utilizzatore. La cura del dettaglio di Roadsurfer si è vista anche in altre piccole cose: dalla borsa di stoffa omaggio con due gadget, alle tazze smaltate in dotazione nel box cucina. Un'esperienza veramente consigliata e da ripetere. Manca la quinta stellina solo per gli orari di ritiro e riconsegna del mezzo, un po' risicati e rigidi: ritiro dalle 14 alle 17 (ma mi è stato detto di andare alle 16) e riconsegna dalle 9 alle 11 (quest'ultimo è molto penalizzante, è di fatto un orario da hotel e costringe a "sprecare" l'ultima notte o in prossimità della sede o con una levataccia).
Finally a place to rent the VW California! Prices in line with the market, apart from the fixed fee of 100 € (whether it is for three nights or fifty). It is immediately clear that it is a young company that aims at young people, it was a wonderful rental experience. The vehicle was literally "brand new" and was given my name as the first user. Roadsurfer's attention to detail has also been seen in other small things: from the free cloth bag with two gadgets, to the enameled cups supplied in the kitchen box. A truly recommended experience to be repeated. The fifth star is missing only for the pick-up and return times of the vehicle, a little tight and rigid: pick-up from 14 to 17 (but I was told to go at 16) and return from 9 to 11 (the latter is very penalizing, it is in fact a hotel time and forces you to "waste" the last night either near the office or with an early riser).

Spiegazione del mezzo abbastanza completa, avrei gradito una migliore descrizione del funzionamento del portabici ma ci si arrangia senza particolari difficoltà. Non volevamo più restituirlo… Grazie Roadsurfer per consentire a chiunque di poter provare questa tipologia di veicoli (magari prima di un eventuale acquisto!) Consigliatissimo!
An experience to try! The vehicles are very recent and with everything you need (only the coffee maker was missing! Provide! ?). Fairly complete explanation of the vehicle, I would have liked a better description of the operation of the bike carrier but you can manage it without particular difficulties. We didn't want to return it ... Thanks Roadsurfer for allowing anyone to be able to test this type of vehicle (perhaps before a possible purchase!) Highly recommended!

The van was perfect, extremely new, clean, very comfortable and with all you need to have for a road trip. We had a one-week road trip and it was amazing, we were sad to give it back!!
The staff is very nice, the guys are very gentle and they explained everything about the van very carefully!
I would rent it other 100 times!!
