★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobraron € 692.00 una ventana que se rompió por defecto del motor home, por solo abrirla. Es una vergüenza. Ademas de no devolverme el monto de la compra de botella de gas, que estaba incluida en el kit. NUNCA MAS ALQUILARE O RECOMENDARÉ ESTA EMPRESA.
They charged me € 692.00 for a window that was broken by default of the home motor, for just opening it. It is a shame. In addition to not returning the amount of the purchase of a gas bottle, which was included in the kit. I WILL NEVER RENT OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Partendo dalla prenotazione sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi in ogni modo con attenzione maniacale verso le esigenze del cliente, causa covid c'è stata necessità di fare degli spostamenti e sono stati effettuati senza nessun problema e con la massima collaborazione, con grande gentilezza ci sono venuti incontro anche con gli orari di ritiro del camper assecondando le nostre richieste, ci consegnano un camper seminuovo e il ragazzo che si occupa della consegna con grande gentilezza e professionalità ci ha illustrato tutte le procedure e le funzionalità del camper in maniera impeccabile, i prezzi sono stati ottimi, alla riconsegna sono stati precisi e gentili, un danno da me causato è stato valutato in modo impeccabile senza cercare di approfittare della cosa, avevamo inoltre dimenticato alcune cose sul camper e sono stati gentilissimi ad impacchettare e preparare le etichette per un corriere che abbiamo inviato senza chiederci niente in cambio, un servizio veramente al TOP! Grazie mille ci vedremo presto per il prossimo noleggio!

Starting from the booking they were very kind and very helpful in every way with obsessive attention to the customer's needs, due to covid there was a need to make transfers and they were carried out without any problem and with the utmost cooperation, with great kindness they came to us I also meet with the pick-up times of the camper according to our requests, they deliver us an almost new camper and the guy who takes care of the delivery with great kindness and professionalism has shown us all the procedures and functions of the camper in an impeccable way, the prices are they were excellent, on delivery they were precise and kind, any damage caused by me was assessed impeccably without trying to take advantage of it, we had also forgotten some things about the camper and they were very kind to pack and prepare the labels for a courier who we sent without asking for anything in return, a truly TOP service! Thank you very much we will see you soon for the next rental!
