Die Mitarbeiter im Autohaus haben das Ersatzteil innerhalb von 9h organisiert und auch eingebaut. Vielen Dank nochmal für die hervorragend unkomplizierte und engagierte Unterstützung. On our way back from Merano we had a V-belt damage on an old E30. The employees in the dealership organized and installed the spare part within 9 hours. Thank you again for the excellent, uncomplicated and dedicated support.

Die Reifen waren innerhalb eines Tages geliefert und montiert. Da ich das Auto gleich über Nacht in der Werkstatt ließ, wurde ich kostenlos zurück in mein Hotel nach Hafling gebracht! Und am anderen Tag konnte ich mein Auto frisch gewaschen, aufgeladen und mit neuen Reifen wieder abholen! Perfekt! Super Service! I had damaged on the trip on vacation two tires such that they had to be replaced! The tires were delivered within a day and assembled. Since I left the car the same overnight in the workshop, I was taken back for free to my hotel to Hafling! And the next day I was able to wash my car, charge it and pick it up again with new tires! Perfect!

M	Mirko Droghetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato una Volvo V70 usata anni fà e a fiducia del venditore che conoscevo da molti anni fidandomi di lui, il risultato che l'auto appena uscito dal concessionario mi è costata subito 800 euro di cerchioni,230 di batteria ,300 di freni e una portiera che non funzionava la centralizzata altri 300 euro per il radiatore già rotto che perdeva e che a forza di insistere me lo hanno sostituito in garanzia prendendomi anche in giro dicendomi LA PROSSIMA VOLTA MEGLIO CHE COMPRI UNA BMW Tramite la mia assicurazione sono venuto poi a sapere che l'auto aveva subito pure 3 incidenti. Se potessi darei ZERO STELLE al venditore di questa concessionaria dovuta alla disonestà nei miei confronti che pur di vendermela e venuto perfino fino a casa mia per farmela vedere, inoltre aveva anche il parabrezza rotto raccontandomi che non si era accorto e forse era dovuto al loro trasporto dall'ascensore interno. Questa è stata la mia esperienza . Die Schadensabwicklung mit dem Fuhrparkmanagement in Deutschland klappte hervorragend. Sehr nette und freundliche Bedienung. Beispielhafter Service, den ich gerne weiterempfehle. Great willingness to help a vacationer in need, a defective tire was repaired within a few hours. The claims processing with the fleet management in Germany worked extremely well. Very nice and friendly service. Exemplary service that I would be happy to recommend.
