★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren mit unserem Wohnmobil spontan nach Lichtausfall in der Werkstatt vorbei gefahren.
Es wurde sich sofort um unser Problem gekümmert. Der Monteur wusste sofort was zu tun war. So könnten wir nach einer halben Stunde unsere Urlaubsfahrt fortsetzen.
Vielen Dank nochmals
 Spontaneously drove past the workshop with our motorhome after the light went out.
Our problem was dealt with immediately. The fitter knew immediately what to do. So we could continue our vacation drive after half an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Freund hat einen Doblo gekauft und das Auto hatte innerhalb dem ersten Monat zweimal auf der Autobahn einen Motorausfall. Obwohl noch unter Garantie, weigert sich das Unternehmen den Schaden von 3000 € zu beheben.
My friend bought a Doblo and the car had engine failures twice on the highway in the first month. Although still under warranty, the company refuses to repair the € 3000 damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un auto da questa concessionaria e dopo aver riscontrato un problema sul veicolo ho contattato il rivenditore.
Dopo qualche disguido e un periodo di tempo siamo riusciti ad aggiustare la discordia con qualche compromesso.
Dopo le varie riparazioni e un po' di tempo sprecato quello che conta è che l auto funzioni .
Penso che la mia esperienza sia stata solo un po' sfortunata e il passo di mediazione che il rivenditore ha avuto nei miei confronti mi fa credere che sia in buona fede e motivato ha modificare il mio giudizio negativo che ho avuto in precedenza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin vor einigen Wochen mit meinem 22 Jahre alten Audi A8 in Meran im Urlaub liegengeblieben. Der Motor ist nicht mehr angesprungen. Glücklicherweise wurde mir die Werkstatt Autoservice Meran von einem ortsansässigen Bewohnern empfohlen. Ich konnte mich noch bis zur Werkstatt hinschleppen. An der Werkstatt angekommen wurde ich freundlich empfangen und ein Mechaniker hat sich bereits nach 20 Minuten um mein Auto gekümmert und den Fehler gesucht. Der Kurbelwellensensor war defekt. Er wurde auf den nächsten Tag bestellt, da er nirgends verfügbar war. Die Werkstatt teilte mir mit, dass der Sensor am nächsten Tag um 15 Uhr eintrifft und mein Fahrzeug gegen 16 Uhr abholbereit sei. Als ich kurz vor 16 Uhr am nächsten Tag dort ankam, war der Mechaniker mit der Reparatur fertig und der Motor schnurrte wieder wie am ersten Tag. Die Rechnung war mehr als fair. So konnte ich die Heimreise antreten. Ich danke dem Erich und seinen freundlichen Team für die perfekte Hilfe.
A few weeks ago I got stuck in Meran on vacation with my 22-year-old Audi A8. The engine no longer started. Fortunately, the Autoservice Meran workshop was recommended to me by a local resident. I could still drag myself to the workshop. When I arrived at the workshop, I was greeted in a friendly manner and a mechanic took care of my car after just 20 minutes and looked for the error. The crankshaft sensor was defective. It was ordered for the next day as it wasn't available anywhere. The garage informed me that the sensor would arrive at 3pm the next day and my vehicle would be ready for collection around 4pm. When I got there just before 4pm the next day, the mechanic had finished the repair and the engine was purring like the first day. The bill was more than fair. So I could start the journey home. I thank Erich and his friendly team for the perfect help.
