Avevo davanti una signora anziana che parlava lentamente e senza pensare alla coda a saputo rincuorarla.complimenti Very convenient for parking, many and free, but other than that I found a very human staff, who listens to you and tries to give advice. I had an elderly lady in front of me who spoke slowly and without thinking about the queue and was able to cheer her up

Ohne dem Kunden zu begrüßen, bzw. nicht einmal die Einnahme des Medikaments wurde erklärt. Sowas geht gar nicht! I would definitely NOT go again! Especially as a German-speaking South Tyrolean was not helped, only short and snappy answers. Without greeting the customer or even explaining how to take the medication. That doesn't work at all!

Habe am Samstag um 9 Uhr einen Antigen Test gemacht um mittags am Gardasee ohne Probleme essen gehen zu können. Der Krankenpfleger versicherte mir dass das Ergebnis in ca. 30 Minuten auf mein Handy gesendet würde. Als um 10.30 noch keine Nachricht eingetroffen ist hab ich im 5 Minuten Takt angerufen. Leider nur Fax. Am Gardasee musste ich bis 13.30 vor dem Lokal warten bis endlich der negativ Bescheid kam. Das ist kein kundenservice Must give a bad rating. I did an antigen test on Saturday at 9 o'clock in order to be able to eat at noon on Lake Garda without any problems. The nurse assured me that the result would be sent to my cell phone in about 30 minutes. When no message arrived at 10.30, I called every 5 minutes. Unfortunately only fax. At Lake Garda I had to wait in front of the restaurant until 1.30 p.m. until the negative decision finally came. This is not a customer service

They were able to make up my request for a covid19 rapid test and gave me an appointment for the same day for 15€. Very nice ladies, helpful and understanding: my code for test results didn't reach me by SMS so I called right after hours but the answering machine was picking up while the last employee was also picking up the phone- so they could hear me but I couldn't hear them. They still understood I didn't get my code and sent me my test and code by email. Thank you!!! Amazing service
