Un ringraziamento in particolare per la disponibilità riservata a mia nonna, paziente del Dottor Lori che l'ha aiutata ad affrontare il suo problema uditivo. Siamo stati sempre accolti ad ogni appuntamento con professionalità e competenza da tutto lo staff Audin. Più che definirlo un centro per l'udito lo definirei una famiglia, ci porto mio figlio da 10 anni e praticamente è come se fosse diventato un figlio adottivo. La professionalità e la cordialità di tutto lo staff, partendo dall'accoglienza clienti è a dir poco emozionante. La dottoressa Giorgia Peri, il Dottor Gianni Zaccagna e tutti gli altri sono li pronti ad ascoltarti e a trovare soluzioni personalizzate per ogni tipo di sordità, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra accolgono i bambini in un ambiente adatto a loro, che possa metterli a loro agio. Mio figlio aveva 7 anni quando siamo entrati nel loro centro di Via Barberini, oggi ne ha quasi 18, nel frattempo hanno cambiato sede e sono in Via Veneto, un ambiente accogliente e molto ampio, si sono ingranditi parecchio ma questo non ha tolto loro il modo di interfacciarsi con quelli che entrano come pazienti ma poi diventano amici, non ha tolto quella professionalità che li rende UNCI ed INIMITABILI. Se oggi mio figlio può ascoltare tutti i suoni del mondo è soprattutto grazie ad AUDIN e per questo non smetterò mai di ringraziarvi abbastanza perchè se pensate che la sordità è un limite è solo perchè non siete mai entrati in un centro AUDIN There are many hearing centers but none are like Audin. Tutte le mie preoccupazioni sono svanite quando ho conosciuto il Centro Audin e in particolare il Dottor Zaccagna. Professionale, disponibile, umano; ha saputo mettermi a mio agio, ha saputo gestire il caso con una straordinaria delicatezza, comprendendo perfettamente la situazione, il mio stato d'animo, le mie preoccupazioni. Quando ho indossato per la prima volta il mio Apparecchio Acustico all'avanguardia, la mia vita è completamente cambiata: ho riascoltato dopo tanto tempo lo scroscio dell'acqua dei nasoni prima di vederli, il cinguettio degli uccellini, il rumore del vento tra le foglie; è stato come rinascere. v	vittorio postiglione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente mio malgrado Audin via Ambrosini e dopo un po' di tempo gli apparecchi non vengono piu' ripararato ma conlusinghe viene proposta la sostituzione con altri apparecchi pju' costosi.. E onesto tutto questo? Il fatto e' successo più di una volta. Mi vedo costretto a cambiare gestore!

Zaccagna, per la dedizione e la passione che dedica nella ricerca della soluzione migliore e Federica per la disponibilità e attenzione in fase di accoglienza e gestione amministrativa. Lo staff è sempre stato meraviglioso sia con noi genitori che con il bambino. Professionalità, cortesia ed empatia non sono mai mancate, la dottoressa Giorgia Peri è la numero uno nel settore e con i più piccoli instaura un rapporto bellissimo fatto di momenti di simpatia e gioco.
