Stanco di essere preso in giro lascio recensione negativa e procedo ad adire le vie legali. For several months I have been trying to have an interview with the headquarters of the Association for the reimbursement of exams to which I had registered and paid € 240.00 but I cannot get an answer and every time I phone I am told that "I will be called back ", which does not happen on time. Tired of being made fun of, I leave negative review and proceed to take legal action.

Inizialmente, mi era stato proposto un pacchetto "personalizzato", ma a mia insaputa mi sono trovato a frequentare il corso con altri due studenti, senza un preavviso e senza una variazione del costo del corso. Per il resto le lezioni si sono svolte regolarmente, tuttavia a causa del lock down siamo stati costretti a interromperle, con la promessa di recuperare le lezioni mancanti una volta che la situazione si fosse normalizzata. Tuttavia, per svariati mesi l'associazione ha mantenuto il silenzio stampa, mandando solo una mail ad agosto riguardante la ripresa dei corsi. A quel punto, ho contattato la segreteria per sapere se si potesse recuperare la lezione che era stata persa, ma purtroppo nessuno ha mai più risposto. Infine, a mio parere il servizio di gestione clienti è pessimo, il contenuto delle lezioni è buono, ma presterei attenzione prima di intraprendere un percorso. For the rest the lessons were held regularly, however due to the lock down we were forced to interrupt them, with the promise to recover the missing lessons once the situation had normalized. However, for several months the association maintained a press blackout, sending only an email in August regarding the resumption of courses. At that point, I contacted the secretariat to find out if the lesson that had been lost could be recovered, but unfortunately no one ever replied. Finally, in my opinion the customer management service is bad, the content of the lessons is good, but I would pay attention before embarking on a path.
