★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per una assistenza ad uno Scaldabagno a Gas Vaillant. Al telefono mi dicono che il costo del diritto di chiamata è 40 €. All'arrivo del tecnico, che impiega 2 minuti, ticchettando sull'apparecchio, mi viene detto che ai 40 euro devo sommare il costo dell'intervento che è di 30 €. Ritengo scorretto non essere chiaro sui costi per giocare sull'equivoco. Non dubito della professionalità del tecnico ma critico il costo eccessivo e la mancanza di chiarezza. SCONSIGLIATO. ( attendo la fattura dell'intervento....via mail... vedremo.. se non arriva ridiamo.)
I'm calling for assistance with a Vaillant Gas Water Heater. On the phone they tell me that the cost of the call fee is 40 €. Upon arrival of the technician, who takes 2 minutes, ticking on the device, I am told that for the 40 euros I have to add the cost of the intervention which is 30 €. I think right not to be clear about the costs of playing on ambiguity. I do not doubt the professionalism of the technician but the excessive cost and the lack of clarity are critical. NOT RECOMMENDED. (I await the invoice of the intervention .... via e-mail ... we'll see .. if it doesn't arrive we laugh.)
