Non ho letto prima le recensioni così non li chiamavo proprio. Paid the call for 2 minutes 50 euros, without being sure that the engine is broken. Really stay away. Haven't read the reviews before so I didn't really call them.
f	francesca funis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un disastro! Il loro tecnico che lavora in Toscana ci sta tenendo senza lavastoviglie da quattro mesi! Nella lavastoviglie entrava poca acqua. Il 30/7/19 il tecnico ha fatto la diagnosi: intasamento vaschetta. Abbiamo dovuto attendere il 10/9 per rivedere la vaschetta (sorvoliamo sulle scuse surreali del tecnico...). Ma la situazione è peggiorata: l’acqua non entra per niente nella lavastoviglie. Dal 10/9 al 04/10 abbiamo chiamato e mandato messaggi al numero, quasi ogni giorno. Invano. Il giorno 04/10 abbiamo mandato una mail e abbiamo chiamato. Il tecnico ci ha detto che gli era stata ritirata la patente e che appena possibile sarebbe venuto. Invano. Oggi è il 22/11/19. Sono passati quasi quattro mesi, abbiamo speso un totale di 157 euro per niente! Stiamo aspettando ancora il tecnico... Ci siamo ovviamente rivolti altrove. A disaster! The technician told us that his license had been withdrawn and that he would come as soon as possible. In vain. Today is 11/22/19. Almost four months have passed, we spent a total of 157 euros for nothing! We are still waiting for the technician ... We obviously turned elsewhere.

Dopo numerose chiamate arriva un tecnico che perfettamente a conoscenza del problema della mia asciugatrice dice ripasserà, quindi sprovvisto di furgone per caricarla . Absolute contempt and disrespect for the customer, they give appointments to which they don't show up on time without the slightest notice. Mi unisco purtroppo a tutti voi, speso 150 per una pulizia al climatizzatore, premetto che al momento della prenotazione avevo chiesto preventivamente il costo della prestazione e mi era stato detto 30 euro piu chiamata!! sono stati dei ladri, state alla larga!! lavoro pessimo. Dopo averli richiamati mi è stato detto che nel conto erano comprese anche manodopera e sanificazione + iva con costi folli!!! per fortuna ho rifiutato di fare anche la ricarica gas altrimenti mi avrebbero spennato!! questa è una truffa pazzesca!! Avevo deciso di andare per vie legali per riavere indietro i 42 € che mi hanno rubato per un sopralluogo di fatto MAI effettuato. Guardando da terra uno split della Samsung posto a 4 metri dal pavimento, il tecnico ha deciso che si dovevano sostituire dei pezzi. MAI VISTA UNA TRUFFA DEL GENERE IN TUTTA LA MIA VITA. Tuttavia, dato che di tempo me ne hanno già rubato anche troppo, ho deciso che sarebbe stato meglio scrivere l'ennesima pessima recensione che avrebbe aiutato altri a non commettere il mi stesso errore. Si sono negati al telefono per giorni quando vedevano il mio numero, poi ho chiamato con altro cellulare a loro sconosciuto e come per magia hanno risposto. CHE SCHIFO! La giustificazione di tutto è che secondo loro hanno talmente tanta esperienza, che non ritengono necessario vedere il problema da vicino e toccarlo con mano ma che il loro intuito è sufficiente. POVERINI!!! PER CONOSCERE INTERAMENTE LA STORIA NON ESITATE A CONTATTARMI. DON'T CALL THESE GUYS FOR NO REASON! THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH HOUSEHOLD ASSISTANCE. Fast and professional service. An extra point for "listening" to the customer, in case of problems they come back to fix even the details. Recommended.
